LOOKS LIKE ALL THEIR REVIEWS ARE NEGATIVE. LOL. WHY DOES KITCHEN VIEWS EVEN EXIST?? I deeply regret my decision to consider going to Kitchen Views at National Lumbar for a mudroom cabinet order. ***************************** boasted herself of a cabinet design specialist and did the worst job ever. Even after repeated visits tomorrow house, she could not just register the RIGHT color of the cabinet and as a result screwed up the entire order. On top of that, ********** being the worst cabinet supplier, supplied unfinished panels which we had to fight for, with no ultimate resolution. **** put blame on Ultracraft, which out blame back on ordering inefficiency. And not one needle moved for kitchen view to accept their mistake. Instead **** had the audacity to ask us that we should pay for half the price of the cabinets to get thee right color, because, in her limited mind, we made a mistake. On top of all this BS, manager never stepped up. Complete waste of my time and money working with this incompetent business and pretend cabinet designers.Beware of going to this place, unless you wanna s**** up your entire project. This place is a shithole. TO H*** WITH YOU ****.

The name we have associated with this situation is *************************** and *********************************.

This customer was attempting to match existing cabinets, with the new cabinets she purchased. She did not have the invoice or any information from her original purchase which was not with Kitchen Views. The customer selected the Arctic White for the color of the new cabinets from our color samples at the ****** location. We did not determine the color of the new cabinets nor would we attempt to.  Customer sign offs for the material and ******************** documents (available upon request) are signed and all say Arctic White, (quote, floor plans and elevations, 2020 Items list). Customer now says that Simply White would have been the correct color to match her existing cabinet in her email response on 4/11/24 (copy of email available upon request) Customer stated that she told us to order Simply White, that is inaccurate.

There was a cabinet that was ordered with one side unfinished, Kitchen Views acknowledged that the side of the cabinet being unfinished was a Kitchen Views error and on 4/03/24 ****** acknowledges that the agreed upon fix was that KV would cover the cost materials and labor to have her contractor paint the cabinet onsite. On 4/04/24 we again advised in an email that we would absorb the expense of the material and the labor associated with the painting of that cabinet. It should be pointed out that ****** had actually signed for this as well on the 2020 item list, however we understand that the nomenclature for cabinet construction would be difficult for a customer to interpret so we accepted responsibility without discussion.

Customer proposed replacing the doors on her existing cabinets that were Simply White with Arctic White doors to match the cabinets of which she had ordered in Arctic White as a solution to her ordering the incorrect color. There were a total of 4 doors, those 4 doors were quoted at a standard markup up which would have been a total of $1,236.30, as a gesture of good will and in an attempt to placate an unsatisfied customer we offered to split the cost (email 4/04/24).This would have resulted in us selling doors below our cost but we did want to try to keep customer satisfied.

On 4/05/24, **** provided the customer who was not happy with our offer, my cell phone and email. Neither ****** or ********* ever reached out to me.

    Sincerely,
    *****************

Do you know that people use credit to go to college, open businesses, and buy homes. They have the opportunity to use credit to build a better future for themselves and their loved ones. Credit discrimination prevents people from having access to these opportunities, I am here to complain about the credit application department from National Lumber located in and the phone call I received form ******** the representative who called me back because I requested an explanation why my application was denied, first she was very unprofessional asking if I new what my credit score is , also she said she did not see any information about my vendor list that we gave them , then she said that she would not want to call the salesperson from my vendor list because she said that they lie. Would not recommend any new company that is trying to build a serious vendor and costumer relationship with National Lumber because they dont know how to be polite and give understanding answer to their potencial new clients. I help disrespected and also discouraged from her. Hearing her making negative comments about my credit score and not having the right information from my credit application was very upsetting. I am also going to post this review everywhere I can.Your credit department needs to learn how to treat and communicate with potencial costumers and contractors.Sincerely ,*********************
