    I pre ordered a delivery package from Edible arrangements to be delivered on 4/27/2024. The promised and paid for order was not delivered, I was not contacted by telephone, email, nor any other method known to myself. I contacted the store who informed me the delivery would go out at 1 pm and was never contacted again. upon numerous attempts to contact the service department I was told I would have to wait 48 hours to get a response. This is unacceptable and has resulted in my Mother not receiving her Birthday gift. This is the most sorry excuse for a scheduled delivery service I have ever witnessed.

    On 11/11/2023 I ordered an arrangement Delicious *************** to be delivered on 11/12/23. I received a confirmation saying it was delivered. On Tuesday I received another confirmation saying it was delivered so I called him the next day and he said he never received it. He informed me that on Sunday he did get a text saying it was delivered. His wife looked outside and nothing was there. His wife road around our Mobile Park and didn't see nothing. I called Edible Arrangement and was told I had the wrong address. On the order I put ********************************************* was on the next line. I also put in directions telling the driver that when you enter the park there is a map by the mailboxes. I was informed that they don't give that to the driver so why have it. I wasn't the most pleasant. I understand that he didn't get the ************** on his order form but if he was in the park why didn't the delivery person call him to get the address in the park and why did he get a confirmation? I wasn't the most pleasant when I called but after a few calls they told me to call the manager the next day and he comes in at noon. I tried 3 - 4 times on I believe Thursday the 16th and left messages for the manager to call me back but he didn't have the decency to call me back. I even told them I would report them to the BBB but he still didn't call back. In fact the picture the driver sent me isn't even what I paid for. It was 2 small boxes. Now I am out the $75.98. I think they are crooks. I don't know how to upload but I do have the picture on my phone and I have the delivery slips on my computer. My order # is W1009656321-1 All I want is my money back.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They do not call me back when I leave a messages.  Now I know that they do not care about their customers when they do not respond to BBB. They are crooks and this shop should not be in business.  They are rude and do not respond to complaints.

    My birthday was on August 28th, and my friend *************************** placed an order online on August 25th, 2023, at ediblearrangements.com to have an arrangement delivered (order #W1009356818) on my birthday. Later that night as we opened it for dessert, my fiance bit into one of the brownies and found an acrylic nail tip (fingernail) in/on the bottom of one of the brownies. We told ****, who contacted the Edible Arrangements location, and they have been nothing but rude and dismissive the entire time. **** lives in ****, so he can't go down to the location to sort it out, and I live almost an hour away. We have been trying to get them to redeliver the order, or refund it, and they've been giving us the runaround constantly, saying they will call us back to redeliver, and they never do. They initially told me they could redeliver between September 12th and 19th (which was two weeks away at the time, which I don't think is a reasonable time to wait but I digress), but they would not give an exact date for it's arrival. The week came and went, and there was nothing. We called again, and they said they would send it out the next time they do deliveries. Of course, we never heard back, and it was never redelivered. We each called again, and they said it would be delivered between Monday and Friday of last week (Sept 17th-23rd) and would reach out to me as soon as the delivery is scheduled. Again, radio silence. It is now September 24th, almost an entire month later, and the matter is still not resolved. I find it hard to believe that they have done zero deliveries over the past month, and this is ridiculous at this point. Any decent business would've apologized for something so gross, and either redelivered it as soon as possible, or refunded it immediately. I even kept the original arrangement as long as I could for if they wanted it back, so I could show them I am not after free stuff, but unfortunately it got moldy, having taken so long, so I had to throw it out.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They have completely ghosted me, and never even once reached out. If I could rate this business -10 stars, I would. I'm advising my friend to dispute the charge with his bank.

    We have already sent the redelivery to the customer. This was informed a few days later after it was delivered. We have done our best and sent out a redelivery. You can verify

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business, and I wanted to clarify something. No resolution was offered and I was continuously ignored and given the runaround, all the way up to and including for a week and a half after I decided to leave negative reviews on Yelp, the BBB, and several other websites. I was called on October 16th, almost two months after the initial order was delivered (August 28th), and I was told they were instructed by corporate to reach out to me and offer a redelivery on the grounds that I remove my negative Yelp and BBB reviews. I decided to take a few minutes to think about it and called them back, deciding that I would not be removing my very fair reviews based on how poorly they responded to the problem, kindly informed them as such, and that I would pass on the redelivery if that's what they expected. By that point they had sent out the redelivery already, which I did receive, and thanked them for. However, the redelivery did not include the cheesecakes (the one thing I wanted the most) because they were apparently discontinued, and the resolution was not offered out of any kindness, desire to remedy the situation, or guilt over how they initially responded. It was offered entirely for selfish reasons, which was to try to get me to remove my negative reviews. I seek no further action, but I want it to be known that this two-months-late redelivery was only made to try to get me to remove fair reviews, and not because anyone at the business cared in the slightest.
