    Payed for liability insurance and never made a claim. Went to request a refund and they led me half way through the process before they stopped responding to my emails and calls. Im looking for my money back as a I payed for a full year of coverage on September 25,2023, then requested cancellation on November 7th,2023. As well as a refund Im looking to have other warned about this business ill tactics as many other reviewers online have said similar things about this insurance companies bait and switch tactics.

    First, let us clarify that the customer concern - to our knowledge - has been fully resolved as of this date.

    The customer contacted us asking about possible termination of his policy in November over the telephone. We noted on the call we would require an email verification of his request to terminate so that we could validate the request was coming from his registered email account attached to the policy on file for security purposes. We sent an email to the customer on the same day as the first call detailing the required validation information. All the customer needed to do was to reply as directed in the email.

    The customer did not respond to our email. We continued to follow up with the customer the next day as well. We again emailed and left a voicemail on January 18, ****. We were not certain whether the customer had changed his mind on cancelling his policy. This is also a reason we maintain the email verification. On January 23, we finally received a response from the customer to our request for information first sent in November..

    After receiving this complaint, we researched the issue and one of our managers reached out to the customer directly over email and telephone to try to make sure the customer completed the required email verification this time. We completed the requested cancellation after the necessary follow up from the customer and finalized everything today. The return of unearned premium will be going out shortly.

    Should there be any outstanding concerns, we have provided the customer with multiple avenues to contact our **************** Representatives as well as our manager(s).
