He was negligent, dishonest, and put me and my dog in danger because 1) he improperly connected a gas line to my stove, which resulted in a leak, 2) he failed to check his work after I let him know about the gas leak, 3) he came back after a leak was confirmed by the gas company and after he was behind the stove doing something for several minutes, there was no longer a leak, but he claimed that he didn't do anything to fix it. He became defensive and argumentative when I asked what he was doing behind the stove. He shut off the gas and insisted that I have an appliance repair person check it. I did and no leak was found. That cost me an additional $190 on top of the $225 that I paid the plumber to connect the line.

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I asked him to resolve this before I contacted you. He was unwilling to resolve it. I have not heard from him since then.

This job was done eight months ago there was no gas leak, This month, she called national grid they came out. They couldnt find the gas leak so I went back on my time. Its a two hour minimum of 295 and I found no leak. I sprayed it and then I made the customer for safety reasons to make sure that the oven wasnt the issue because it wasnt my connections or my, flexible, gas line. I just wanted to be on the safe side and she did get her oven looked at. I dont know who looked at it or what but, They said they found a leak. Im thinking she mightve Nox closed the handles all the way. But I did not Charge her and I Shouldve because there was nothing wrong with what I did. She just said, that she Mad That she had to get the oven looked at From appliance professional she wanted me to just turn the gas on without getting the oven looked at and I said no thats not safe and I will not do that. I took a video to see that I left the Gas Valve off. She tried to blackmail me and I told her I would not be blackmailed and not contact me anymore and you can take me to court if youd like. She threatened that she would give me a bad review if I didnt do what she says. So she owes me $295 for the service call. And I did not charge her to be nice and I came right over when she called that day. Will not be blackmailed or pushed around by anyone thats not fair and the way she talk to me and insulted me that is not cool either , I was professional and ******. I dont have anything to do with that job anymore because I dont know who connected the gas and turned it on and if they were licensed or not. If you feel like to see emails, I have them thank you.

I have attached a document with the details. In his response, Al misrepresented the facts and takes no responsibility for his actions. It was very clearly his work that caused the problem. He continues to be defensive, blame and accuse others of things, while not addressing his mistakes and irresponsible behavior. Please see the attachment for details.

[The guy is lying. He did not use a spray and it is not true that the gas company technician close not pinpoint the leak. I am not paying him money for checking his own faulty work. This is a waste of time.
