Outstanding Bath Refinishing reglazed my double bowl kitchen sink on 11/15/2024. After the job was completed, the new finish immediately began to start running everywhere. It looked like the sink was melting. The technician told me he'd return the next day and fix the problem with a whole new reglaze. He returned and the second reglazing appeared to be much better, but I told him I'd fully examine it the next day after it had dried and I could touch it. When I examined the sink the next day there was evidence of some minor melting. Also the finish had many little sharp "bumps" as though the new finish was painted over particles of sand -and the saddle separating the two bowls wasn't smooth at all. It had a rough, sandpaper finish. I called the company and Igor informed me that this wasn't really unusual. I need to mention at this point that the sink was completely smooth everywhere before any work was done at all, During the reglazing process the technician only waited 5 to 8 minutes between coats which explained all the running and "melting" that occurred. I've checked online and with other companies and I've been told that you need to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour between coats and the full reglazing job should take up to 4 to 5 hours. This guy was in and out in around 2 hours (including sanding and all prep work). Understandably I don't want them back a THIRD time to work on my sink. I'm planning to hire another company to do the job correctly and fix my sink,
