I had Landry replace my Thermostat for my furnace. It was a simple thermostat 2 wire not a smart thermostat just simple which I purchased myself, it took them between 15 and 20 minutes and they charged me 399.99 to replace it. My husband and I have called them several times to discuss the invoice and I get no call back. I do not understand this, my understanding is if a client called with a question whatever the issue is you call them back. Because of this issue I would not recommend them, this is poor customer service.Review from JOSE C

12/12/24 My tankless water hearter went out I call Landry Mechanical Plumbing co. They were here the next day and stalled a new one in 3hrs.Very good company to do buisnes with, the workers did a great job rigth on timed and very profecional and polite. Furnace went out and they came right away. Colin not only was polite but very down to earth and advised us of all the options available to us. We do not regret for a second our choice and he quickly went to work and the peace of mind both he and the staff Tamara gave us is invaluable. My family spent $17k on a new boiler system with Landry. They installed it in 2023 and come 2024, it no longer works. First they had to order a part that they thought needed to be replaced, had to wait a week for that. Then once the new part was installed, the boiler continued to go out. The technicians have been out SEVEN times and no one has been able to diagnose the problem for a boiler THEY installed. To make things even worse, they state they're 24/7. That's not accurate and is a false claim. I requested to speak to a manager on a Saturday, was told I'd get a call back and nothing. I call back and I'm then told managers don't work weekends. So you're telling me this operation runs by itself on the weekends? Poorly ran. I've been in and out of the hospital all week with heart problems and they don't consider my freezing house an emergency. Landry will scam you for your money and time. Don't bother wasting any of it on this fraudulent company.Review from Pam H

First time using Landry for miscellaneous electrical work. Two very nice young men were a pleasure to have around the house, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves at the end. They started later in the day and worked until early evening in order to get the job done. Very happy with the whole experience.Review from Elaine R

I received an excellent service experience with Joe and Larry from Landry Mechanical!! They were both proficient in knowledge of the issue; explained the complications well, and were entirely respectful of me and my home through the process. I give the highest accolades!!!
