    I ordered two meals that were delivered to wrong location and they were not edible I called and complained they said they would reimburse me the restaurant and not your average *************** and told them I'd bring them the meals back the next day which I did . Both hostesses said they; rebate or credi my credit card they never did. further complaints to dispute on credit didn''''t help further talk to hostesses said the door dash said they;;d credit. They wanted to have me talk to someon else and it go to be a run around and they didn't live up to their word nor proceed on their reimbersement which came to 57 some odd dollars. Has gone on since August.***** *********

    I learned early May 2023 ******* NYAJ was closing May 30. I had a total of $65 in gift cards issued from that location admittedly shortchanging me as to a family meal and manager mishandling issue in 2022. Location being only convenient one near me prompted 1st trying to use flawed site to order takeout using cards morning of May 22, 2023. Manager at Westwood location took order to be made in *******. Regional ******** who recalled prior incident details, called 30 minutes before order was due to be ready to say most ******* staff not showing required cancelling order. Restaurant refused to make food despite chef, a ******** ****** being ************* operating. They easily could have made the food & brought to parking lot despite not opening.RM, who had issued one card in recalled issue & knew GM belatedly sent second, promised to give me $65 cash until alleged on learning that day I had not paid for cards. She knew this effectively negated that compensation for the chef badly shorting me a year ago, GM not checking that order before went out. CEO & sole customer service rep. ignored calls. Calling restaurants, one of which hung up on me, resulted in CFO calling me. He had full facts & promised a $65 checks, This was a *********** said checks went out on Tuesdays. He added the check likely would not go out until May 31. He stated that my request to just send a $65 Amazon card that day was not possible. The website listed NYAJ founder, whom I knew from helping open another NYAJ, as chair. He was responsive despite no longer being with NYAJ. He agreed I was in the right. No check arrived; I texted CFO, who already had texted me from number I used on Monday, June 12. He never responded, and my informed delivery service does not indicate that a check was sent June 13. **** already had my address on file as shown by the record of the cards; I provided again June 12. I am requesting the promised $65.
