    I had a bay window installed in my kitchen with a lifetime warranty. The window leaks during windy rain storms flooding my kitchen table.I called ***************** and he said he would have someone seal the small roof section that comes with the window.I have scheduled four times and they keep not showing up. It is now clear that he does not have respect for his warranty or the customer.

    We are going to ******** this morning Tuesday April 4th to take of roof to prevent any leaking 
    We put the bay in two years ago and the only time it leaked was during that  Nor Easter last month
    There has never been and issue before or after
    I was there two weeks there was nothing wet or leaking

    Thermal Products installed outside doors to my house Feb. 2022 for $6658 . One of the storm doors started falling off in September 2022. *****************, the principal of Thermal Products, has promised to correct it. He has made 3 appointments over the last 3 months and failed to show up each time. I had to call him to followup and each time he promises the door will be repaired but he keeps putting me off. After this third no show he just hangs up when I call. Now a second door seems to be out of alignment.I don't feel safe. I would like the doors repaired properly as soon as possible especially before the next snowstorm.********************* actual phone number is ************

    Spoke to ******* yesterday on my head guy coming out to ******* stormdoors he said yesterday wasnt good not enough room in his driveway to flit my huys truck 

    Said we have to come a different day that was just yesterday 

    He wanted some one other than me to set appointment 

    So yesterday i gave my installer his phone number to call him directly to set up a time with ************;

    So im guessing this complaint was posted by ******* before my installer got a hold of him

    We plan on taking  care of the problem for sure

    Ill call my installer today to make sure he set up a time with ************;
