This is for a store located at ***********************************. On Jan. 1, 2025, I was railroaded into purchase of four grand. I was at the ************ to buy a calendar. I was exiting the mall when crossing the store I was asked to try a sample. The next thing I knew I was inside the store sampling other products I really did not want to and ending up with four thousand dollars in debt. I take responsibility for not saying no and moving along, but the constant guilt the sales people piled on me made the situation harder. However, I will handle paying my own debt. I am writing this review for other people to be aware of this store's predatory practices so no one else will be buried in debt. If they call out to you for you to try a sample, say no and quickly walk away or completely ignore them.

So there is one in the ************, and at the time of my visit i was not interested in purchasing any Christmas gifts, because i was on my way to lunch with my siblings. I entered the ************ on the Monday the 23rd of December. and was on my way to the 110 grill to meet them. There was a Bee &Co. on the way and as i passed by this lady calls out *** would you like a free sample, snd i thought why not, this lady led me into the store to this bowl and proceeded to take my hand and scrub it with this wash, amazed i was like okay, thanks for the wash and i was trying to leave but the sales *** kept asking me questions pulling me along. Im pretty sure i expressed that i didn't have money for any of this stuff but i was continually pressured and it sounded like i was getting a deal of a lifetime. I found myself at the counter giving my debit card for something i soon found out to be 220 dollars together. I was just trying to get this lady to shut up so i can get to my lunch date. When i told my siblings about what had held me up for a half an hour they were livid and my sister brought me back to the store to get a refund yet the company policy denied refunds. I told my sister to forget it because there didn't seemed to be anything to do. I don't want to go into the new year ****** off that i was scammed or taken advantage of. There is more to this im sure, i looked at other reviews of the company and all over the country there are similar stories of aggressive and predatory sales tactics. If this isnt investigated by the BBB i will take the matter into my own hands. Thank you for taking the time to read this ridiculous plight.
