    ****** should give us an option to leave no stars. I have lived in ****** many years, and I've driven by Honda Village a lot. I never liked dealerships, and most people could relate. Because I shop around, I decided to give them a try. I walked in knowing the drill, ready to make a purchase, and not waste anyone's times. I thought I was getting a good deal and all the numbers were looking real good. After spending 7 hours between two days and agreeing to buy a car, signing the contract and going to the front desk to make the payment, **** who only had one SIMPLE job messed up my payment. Incompetency at its best. I knew it was too good to be true. Turns out, if ** ***** up your payment, they can't refund you on the spot. You have to wait until the next business days and then wait some more for the bank to issue a refund. I asked for the manager, and instead of apologizing, ******* **** turned out to be just as useless as his employee ****. Neither of them apologized, and neither of them couldn't care less. This is what set me off. Because it was a Saturday, the ** wasn't around. I contemplated calling ****** Police and even dialed their direct number because they said even though they made a mistake, unless I fixed THEIR error they would withhold the car indefinitely. If this is how they treat a customer that in less than 24 bought one of their most expensive cars, no haggling, payments in hand ready to go, imagine undecided people? ** reached out eventually, but at the point it was too late, the damage was done. If I could break the contract, I would. I got oil changes as part of the deal. Outside of this, I do not ever want to walk into the place and I will never buy anything again from them. If I can spare at least one person, this review was worth it. Shout out to ********* ****** my sales **** he is the only person that deserves 5 stars, I completed this deal for him, otherwise I would have sued this place and dragged this to court. Good luck.

    Bought a car 3 weeks ago and have had to return to the dealership 6x already to have it repaired. Took it to a different shop where they found more issues that the dealership didnt mention. Terrible terrible experience.
