I would give negative stars if possible. We had water damage that was remediated by ******* and needed someone to rebuild. Rescon assured us they would take care of everything and handle cost adjustments with insurance. They said it would take 2 weeks for the estimate and 2weeks after that theyd start work. The estimate took two weeks and then it dragged on for 5 more weeks going back and forth with insurance. They finally agreed on a price and we were set to proceed and this morning they called and said sorry we cant take on any new projects. I said weve been working on this for almost 2 months now its not new and they just said sorry cant do it. No explanation. So we are back to square one. We havent had a kitchen for 2 months, no cabinets or sink or anything, no ceiling or wall. One bathroom is gutted. And we are now starting over trying to find someone to fix it because Rescon decided to back out. Absolutely do not hire these people to do anything.Review from Lisa H

I'm a Property Manager at an apartment complex that was flooded when a sprinkler head froze and burst at midnight. We had multiple units affected. Rescon responded immediately. The communication with ****** and ****** was prompt and accommodating. They did a fabulous job and had completed the work ahead of schedule. This is the second time I have used this company this year. I have no complaints and would highly recommend them.Review from Mike G

We had a water heater let go over a weekend, while we were away and flooded everything. Our Insurance agent was called and we were contacted by Rescon Restoration. The service team that showed up was great, they communicated what the plan was and the next steps. I really liked the communication process and they did exactly what was promised. I am puzzled by the previous reports, but must say this company has changed and exceptional service now.Review from Bonnie R

Please beware of this company. Rescon pulled out a job to restore our basement after water back after working with them for 7 months. We worked them for 7 months to finalize the estimate for the restoration work there was long periods of unresponsiveness from Rescon with unreturned messages and lack of information. There was a high turnover of employees assigned to the job but eventually an estimate was finalized and provided to us for signature but then we were contacted by Rescon stating that they didnt have the appropriate subcontractors for the job and couldnt do the work and wouldn't sign the contract. It is unclear precisely which subcontractors they are unable to supply. Rescon did not clearly articulate their concern or what subcontractors they didnt have available but after 7 months we were told the work was not simple and involved a lot more work and that "the decision was made to not proceed with the job. The damage was the same on day one as it was 7 months later but Rescon pulled out of the job after 7 months leaving us without a contractor and a destroyed basement. To refuse to sign the contract 7 months into the process is inexcusable and unprofessional. Stay away from this company.
