Car purchase:Selling Price of Car: $54,731 At the time of purchase, it was expected that the charger was included. This was confirmed by the Sales Manager at time of purchase. The charger retails for $350 (******************************************************************************************************************)Seeking reimbursement of $350 or a charger as indicated on the sticker for the car.Attachment shows timeline and car sticker in question.

we have attached the window sticker of the vehicle *************** purchased and as you can see the charger that she is asking for is not listed on the vehicle window sticker , it is a 350 option from the factory and that vehicle did not come with it

The sticker attached states that the car does in a charger (it is in the standard equipment column). When at the dealership prior to taking delivery of the vehicle, my husband raised this point to ******. ****** raised this point to ****, who confirmed the vehicle does come with the charger and that the chargers are on backorder. We then completed the paperwork and took delivery of the vehicle.

This complaint is around what we told at the time of purchase of the vehicle, which is that when we pointed out the car includes a charger, the dealership agreed that car comes with this charger and that we'd receive a charger when the backorder came in. It is not about the additional research done after the sale. It is apparent that the sticker was not prepared correctly-it shouldn't say charger, it should say converter, since that is what it is per the manufacturer. We acknowledge that there was an error in the **************** error may be the manufacturers error and not the dealerships, but that error was not discovered and communicated to us until after the sale was completed, when we would have had an opportunity to negotiate the inclusion of the charger in the sale.

The window sticker does not show that it came as standard equipment as i attached in the previous response it is an option and would be on the window sticker under options and it is not and as for asking my sales manager *** ; what he said if the  car states that it comes with the charger and it missing you are intitled to one but as you can see that is not the case because it never cmae with the car and not listed as a option

This is a deceptive response. We, collectively, were in agreement that night that the car came with the charger, as we agreed on when I would follow up on picking up the charger.
