My vehicle was repossessed on 11/13/24 and upon retrieving the vehicle on 11/15/24 I noticed that the back of my vehicle was damaged. I submitted all the relevant documents for the claim and waited for someone to see the vehicle. That just happened today 1/10/25. Now they are telling me the damages did not happen on their property. This is such a lie and now I have a damaged vehicle that was not damaged before they took it.Review from Sotiria B

They stole and ransacked my truck and stole money I had in my truck. All my compartment were open and everything was thrown around. They wanted me to have an appointment when I was there to sign a piece of paper to get my truck. I had to yell at the kid to give me back my truck or Im taking it.Review from Madeline P

This company is just in the business of racking up your daily storage bill. Tried to call multiple times a day with no luck.. a business with no answering machine at that , They barely pick up the phone. I had to call Regional acceptance to assist me in helping me get some sort of solution so I can get my car back. Some guy finally answered and was very arrogant and *****. I was frustrated of course on day 3 and made him aware of my frustration. He couldve cared less and said look what Im gonna do and hung up the phone on me. My experience with them along with reviews about them on ****** is just plain disappointingReview from MARISOL R

My SUV was repossess on 04/21/2023 all my belongings including my purse was in there. Monday came i when thru all the channels, paid the bank etc. When it came down to picking up my SUV in the ************* location nobody was answering the phone so luckily i knew what location where it was thru a friend. When arriving there was a black guy in a towing truck with a young kid or girlfriend, i called him over and he was driving ridiculously. I told him that i was there to pick up my suv, he was so rude and unprofessional, with a attitude. He said the place don't open until 10:00am, it was only 5 minutes away so i said i will wait of course the time came he ended opening up. His pants down his a** looking unprofessional just like his attitude no customer service at all. When to the office never turn on the lights taking his sweet time until another worker walked in and took over, much nicer person with great manners.
