Med ID Pro is a top notch company. The first bracelet I received did not get the entries on it I requested. I contacted the company and got an almost immediate reply. They assured me that the problem would be resolved. I sent a message with the required information and in 5 days I received a replacement bracelet, perfectly engraved. I don't recall ever receiving customer service this good. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a medical alert ID product. Way to go!! Med ID ProReview from Sharon A

The product is high quality, it was made exactly how I requested that it be made and the seller helped me to get an accurate, customized fit for the bracelet. The delivery time was as expected. As a bonus, extra chain links are included along with a medical emergency identification card that you can carry in your wallet. This is a great service, you can't go wrong. You will have no problem communicating with them to be sure your medical alert is engraved with the necessary information related to your situation. And in fact, my communication was as I found out later with the *** of the company. They will custom engrave a bracelet or necklace tailored to your needs and medical condition. Superb customer Service. Superb product. Pricing less than half of a major competitor. I had several questions and ***** could not have been more helpful. Several years ago I ordered a Med ID bracelet from another firm. I paid over twice as much.
