I had an issue and at first there was a misunderstanding but then everyone rallied around me to work it out. I was treated like royalty and I really appreciate it and I wanna thank the owner. He was polite knowledgeable and showed great care for his business and mine also. Very professional

I bought just over 3k worth of supplies from this place. It was my first time buying and my first DIY project at my home. They delivered what I ordered. I got some broken pavers but that was ok because the delivery ***************** was the best. I realize the fire kit I ordered which included the pavers and the metal insert were to big, it was more for a bonfire than a fire pit. I took the ring back the first day because I needed help to return the pavers and I did the following day. The guy at the front desk was a real piece of work, after pulling and tugging and shouting, he eventually took the ring back, minus 20% so I got robbed, even when I paid almost 2X the price for the piece of sheet metal. When I returned the pavers placing half of the pallet on one truck because of the weight, and half on another - they would not take it back. The snarky, bitchy woman at the big desk said, "I should put it on ********** and someone will buy it." The idiot at the register on the far right kept laughing and saying that "we guys were a bunch of idiots and didn't know what we were doing." They kept making fun of us as customers were coming into the office, and some customers began chiming in as well. We went back and forth a little until they basically drove us out of the office. It was one of the worse customer experience I have ever had in my life. These people should not be dealing with the general public, especially when they overprice and underdelivered to that extent. If I could give this place less than one star I would but my review wouldn't post. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN FROM THIS PLACE, AND WOULD RECOMMEND THE SAME TO OTHERS!!!
