    My vehicle had major repairs to the engine on 9/8/23 and 4/11/2024. The engine light is still coming on, and there is no resolution. Since I purchased the vehicle in 2021 the engine light has been coming on. It goes off then it comes back on 3- 4 months later.

    I purchased a vehicle from Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood on October 19,2023. Upon test driving the vehicle I noticed a noise coming from the front end. I asked the sales associate she assured me that they do a 360 point inspection on all their vehicles and it would be fixed. After picking the vehicle up I noticed the sunroof did not work along with the Bluetooth and the usb port and Dog hair. I called the next day and the sales person asked me was I using in correctly and I told her yes the buttons dont work she said service was closed bring it in Monday. I returned the vehicle Monday they said it just needs a software update. (While having to stay in my rental while they fix the problem.) I picked the car up they said they had to order a new modem I could drive the car and they fixed the Bluetooth. I get the car back Bluetooth still does not work and usb port does not work and my brakes are making a squealing noise and the steering wheel. I call corporate they call the manager ***** for that location he calls me and tells me he will check on the part order and call me back. (A week later no call back.) I call corporate back he gives me call to bring my car back and they will fix everything. I bring the car back they give me a loaner for a day. I pick my car up the changed the use port which still does not work nor the Bluetooth. I drove up there on Saturday to speak with service and showed I believe his name was **** the Bluetooth not working and usb port he said to call ***** on Monday. I called corporate again numerous times asking the situation be escalated but the receptionist seems not to comprehend and keeps moving the problem to *****. I gave the dealership numerous times to fix the problem. It seems to be an electrical problem that I feel like they do not want to fix. The dealership advertised clear as day all their cars go through a ***************************************************************** this inspection. (This is brief summary more details

    **************** has told us of  an issue with her phone and Bluetooth. I  spoke with her last week and she said she was bringing the car back to have ** diagnose first and has not returned yet. We have hooked up several phones to her car while it was here and did not experience any Bluetooth issues. I would be happy to meet or speak with her again. She was last in the dealership on 11/7/23.where all other items noted were taken care of.

    07/20/23 I leased a Nautilus 2023 Returned my Corsair 2020 Met with Sales Person *********************** over lease payoff and mileage excess where I was told by the sales person not to worry the good news is that I will owe nothing being over mileage and lets *********. I even called her and she said that I should be receiving a last payment refund that they paid everything off and I should receive a check in the mail. Instead I received a check telling me I owe over $1400 08/15 . I went to this dealership for honesty but I did not get this I was lied too? This is absolutely appalling had I known this I would have kept the Cosair, finance and sell but I was told by Herb chambers Lincoln Norwood I had no other amount to pay other than my monthly fee.

    After a number of complaints for more than 18 months to the service department about a slow leak in one tire and multiple attempts to remedy it by rebeading the tire, it was suggested that the tire be replaced. On 3 May 2022, I was told that tire model had been discontinued and that I would need to replace all 4 tires with a different brand. My tire warranty plan covered two tires and I was to pay for the other two. A total of what looks like $690.32. The following day the new tire was down 10 pounds on the same wheel. They had not solved the problem. Turned out to be the valve stem (none of which were replaced with the new tires). I think if they had started by replacing the valve stem, I might not have had to replace all 4 tires. I sent detailed emails to the service ***** responded to an email from their customer satifaction rep twice and wrote a complaint on the ** complaint form and received NO reply from the rep or **. The old tires were new when I bought the car from Herb Chambers three years ago and had less than ****** miles on them. They shouldn't have needed to be replaced.
