    They are crooks and scammers in the service department. I went to get my vehicle serviced but before I did I purchased a diagnostic code reader and scanner tool. I scanned my vehicle and was well aware what was wrong with it the day before. I went for service, watched them scan my vehicle and seen the same codes. I picked up my vehicle the next day and a day later the check engine light was back on. I went back to JMF in ******* **, to see what could be wrong. After 3 hours they told me what the problem was which was the same code and problem they were supposed to fix when I first brought it in. They only repaired one of the codes. Now they wanted to charge me parts and labor again. I told them Im not paying for something they knew they were supposed to fix and I showed them the code on my phone that came up on the scannner when I first brought my vehicle there(thank goodness i took a picture of it) there was nothing they could say and they got the manager involved. He and I agreed I would only pay for the part. Still feeling uneasy about the price he quoted for the part. I reiterated I only pay for the part. When my vehicle was finished I looked at the receipt and asked for the receipt of the part only. The receipt was ripped in half with only the customer copy for me to see. I took out my phone went to ********** parts and looked for the part that was replaced by its serial number. Low and behold the price of the part was $****** cents and they were charging me $327.85 cents. Again had to get a supervisor involved. In the end I paid only the ****** cents plus tax. This place is dishonest and they will try to get all the money from you they can. A problem they knew was there but didnt fix so they can get me back in to spend almost $800.00 on top of the almost $1100.00 dollars I spent a few days before.

    ********, from our previous conversation, when repairing your vehicle, we repaired the first portion of your vehicle that needed to be repaired on your first visit to the dealership. The sensor that had later failed was not done at that time due to us not wanting to do an over repair due to the repair looking to be completed when your vehicle left our service department.We followed Fords workshop manual which instructed us to take this first step and not to move to step two if the vehicle passed certain tests once repaired. When the vehicle returned to us the next step in the repair process was to repair the sensor that also needed to be repaired at that time. We apologize for the confusion on the price of the part for the second portion of ***********, this was done in error. Acknowledging this issue, we refunded you the portion of *********** that was done in error.

    Inquired about a 2020 **** Expedition *** that was listed online (unpriced). After initial discussion was told it was $52k and certified pre-owned. Looked at car prior to it being refurbished. Was sent a note in writing after it was serviced/detailed that price was confirmed at $52k and it was certified pre-owned. We brought our trade in to be appraised (saw car again), told verbally again it was CPO. Sent in deposit and credit app only to be called that evening by sales manager that it was NOT CPO. No offer to make it right, simply told take it or leave it. This is a terrible car dealership that has serious issues with communications, would recommend seeking any one of the much larger and much higher rated **** dealers in the area.

    **********************, per our conversations that we have had with you prior to this review, we at Jack Madden Ford had never made any intention of misinforming you on this vehicle.  As previously discussed, a mistake was made regarding this vehicle, unfortunately due to the vehicles condition and CPO requirements we were unable to certify this vehicle. This detail was not made known to us until we had already discussed certain details with you about a possible purchase.  Once this detail was disclosed to us we notified you as soon as possible which is why no deal was ever consummated or signed. We had all intentions of certifying this vehicle but due to Fords stringent requirements we were unable to.  We had hoped that you would understand but clearly from how you have responded and threatened us you will not accept that mistakes can be made and are looking to make a point in this matter. This vehicle cannot be certified and is simply a mistake that most people would have been understanding about.

    I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation at 11am. Service that I had already made an appointment for. When I dropped off the vehicle, I double checked that it would be ready by 4pm. When I called them at 4pm to check if the car was ready, I was told they need another hour. When I asked what the point of me dropping off the car is and what's the point of them promising me a delivery time is, the service advisor was not only rude but hung up on me while I was still talking. This is by far the absolute worst service I have ever received at a **** Dealership. I have also reported this interaction to ****, not that they will do anything about it.

    Run away from here as fast as you can. AC went on my 2015 explorer. They charged 380 for Freon and 700 total for JUST THE DIAGNOSIS. Which also required 2 trips to the service center. They said it would cost 1800$ to replace ac compressor when I askedFIVE local mechanics they all quoted me ******* for the Freon charge and die for diagnosis and ******* to replace the compressor. When I confronted them on the price ***** they said its they dont pick the prices and offered to take off 450. A complete lack of regard for their customers and charging a fair price. It came out to a 60% up charge compared to any other service center. They basically told me tough s*** If I hadnt spoken up I would have paid easily double. These people are unethical price guagers spend your hard earned money elsewhere they cant be trusted. Ill never do another **** after this experience and Id advise everyone else to go anywhere but here.
