East Coast Metal Roofing (ECMR) completed great work on our roof. They came when they said they would, acted very professionally, stayed until the work was finished and left our area clean. There was genuine concern that we were pleased with the result, and we couldn't have been happier.

It was such a positive experience to interact with Taft ******** and Keith *******. Any questions were quickly responded to by Jena and Alex, great communication on scheduling and material delivery. We had our roof done the beginning of December and we absolutely are in love with it. ECMR crew are amazing from Mike the sales representative who sat at our kitchen table like he was part of the family petting my dog. The woman I met at the Big E who started the whole ball rolling. The crew showed up in the morning went straight to work and everything was neatly picked up at the end of the day. ECMR is very easy to work with and if you have questions they answer you quickly. I especially was impressed by the lady that was on the crew. She picked up all the old shingles from the ground and loaded them in the dumpster. I surely wouldn't have wanted to do that but she busted her you know what out in the cold. Way to go!!! But honestly they all worked very hard to get the job done and it looks BEAUTIFUL.East Coast Metal Roofing, LLC Response

We cannot say enough good things about ECMR. From meeting with Andrew B at our house to begin the process, it was a no brainer. After he left office managers Jenna and Alex walked us through everything and answered all our questions. This is our first home and it’s quite an investment, but easily worth it. This was one of the easiest decisions we made and it wasn’t just because of the roof but who we got to work with. The quality and care they put into their business is incredible. Keith Z made sure everything was perfect. Their people care, and it shows in the quality of the work and the care they take for their customers. We don’t have a massive house, but they moved fast, cleaned up everything and made sure we were always informed. Dimitri’s crew are top-notch workers. We’ve already recommended them to many friends. The roof looks impeccable - we could not be happier and would recommend to anyone, it’s worth every penny and will only pay you back in the long run.East Coast Metal Roofing, LLC Response

Our experience with ECMR was terrific. Patric, and Sean were very professional, and communication with Alex and Jenna was prompt and so helpful. The whole team at East Coast Metal Roofing was awesome! Jenna, Alex and Beau gave us frequent updates and were always ready to answer any of our questions. Beau was mindful, upfront and honest when we were deciding what best fit our needs. Shawn and his crew were prompt, efficient and hard working, and also available if we had any questions. My experience with East Coast was beyond excellent. From the responsiveness to my inquiry, our onsite demonstration, scheduling, payment and installation, it was seamless. Mike K is clearly a product Guru and made our decision making easy. He kept us informed throughout the process and did so with humor and consistency. Shaun L ensured quality control and oversaw the day to day installation updating me at every turn. Jenna and Alex kept me informed with texts and made payments easy via text. The crew themselves were diligent as they uncovered an unsuspected issue and instead of just ignoring it, they fixed it with ease and professionalism, ensuring our new roof will be perfect for years. I recommend ECMR to anyone seeking a perfect new metal roof. Not only do I love the final product, the experience was the best I have had with home contractors of any kind. This company from contractors (crew), absolutely professional, highly recommend, from Christian, sales rep, easy to communicate with, always get back to you, from Sean, quality control, on the scene to make sure all is good, and Jenna and Alex from the office, kept us informed on the progress.
