I BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM ******S BACK IN DECEMBER OF LAST YEAR. I HAVE HAD A NUMBER OF ISSUES WITH IT EVER SINCE I GOT IT (I'VE TAKEN IT BACK THERE AT LEAST 5 TIMES IF NOT MORE TO BE FIXED), THOUGH MOST (NOT ALL) OF THE ISSUES HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. I COULDN'T EVEN GET AN INSPECTION STICKER ON IT FOR ALMOST 90 DAYS FOR STARTERS. MOST RECENTLY, I BROUGHT IT IN BECAUSE THE CAR FOR MONTHS NOW HAS BEEN SHAKING PROFUSELY AND SHUTTING OFF. IT DOES IT MULTIPLE TIMES EVERY SINGLE DAY, I HAVE WITNESSES/TEXT MESSAGES AND VIDEOS TO PROVE THIS. WE BROUGHT IT IN TO ******S FOR THEM TO TAKE CARE OF IT AND WAS TOLD BY THEM THAT THERE WAS NO LIGHTS ON THE DASHBOARD SO THERE WAS NO WAY FOR THEM TO DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE AND THAT "IT DIDN'T HAPPEN TO THEM" WHEN WE BROUGHT IT THERE, SO THEY JUST GAVE IT BACK WITH THE SAME ISSUES PERTAINING. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I ADDRESSED THE LADY IN THE OFFICE ABOUT IT AND SHE SAID THEY COULD GET ME INTO SOMETHING ELSE.. THOUGH I WOULD HAVE TO START A BRAND NEW LOAN AND THAT NOT A DOLLAR THAT I APPLIED TO THE VEHICLE THEY SOLD ME WOULD BE APPLIED TO THE NEW VEHICLE. WELL I AM NOT STARTING A BRAND NEW LOAN AND ESSENTIALLY THROWING ALL THE MONEY AWAY THAT WE PUT INTO THIS VEHICLE WHEN I FEEL AS THOUGH THE THING IS A LEMON TO BEGIN WITH. NOTHING BUT ISSUES. I HAVE HAD BETTER LUCK BUYING A CAR FROM THE SIDE OF THE ROAD.

I told her we could not transfer that to the new car as you couldn't rent a car for that. She then said she had some *hone calls to make. ***** then left in one car and ******** got in the car they deem is unsafe and drove away. They have not contacted me since.
