If I could give a negative star rating, I would. This service company was referred by Frigidaire for a repair. The technician called and texted 2x to say he was coming but then never did. We wasted 4 hours waiting for nothing. My recommendation, dont waste your time scheduling with them. Find another company.Review from Bridget T

Completely useless. After 6 weeks and two appointments they didn't show up for, the guy finally came yesterday, but he refused to work on my dryer. A waste of a month and a half, 12 hours (over the 3 appointments) of vacation time from work, and a lot of hours and quarters at the laundromat. Do not ever use this company.Review from Philip B.

After Supreme could not turn an old shutoff valve behind the wall, I scheduled a $300 hand-valve installment for noon the next day, and someone from Supreme called and said they'd be out to do the repair the next day, after the shutoff valve installment. However, the next morning Supreme called and, knowing I had a gas leak in the range, said the earliest availability was 7 days later. I hung up on them and then called back and said I'd keep the appointment, but the owner said he was rejecting the service call, so I called Frigidaire and they arranged a service call with another provider for the next day, and said they'd attempt to ship the parts to me directly so I would not have to wait additional days.
