  I dont know what this people are doing in ********** but one thing I know they are SCAMMERS, totally scamming businesses. They called my business saying they had extra asphalt from a job they were doing around the corner, they wanted to dump asphalt because material will get hard on their trucks and they wanting to know if they can put it in our yard, and said they just needed something to cover their labor, next thing I know they are trying to charge over 20 thousands dollars. We didnt solicit them, we didnt asked for anything. We are afraid this people retaliate after scamming us with their story, I told them to stop what they were doing, this is a bad way to trying to do business.

  Over a year ago we had our driveway repaved. Instead of removing the old they decided to just run another layer on top but there was an area where a tree had been removed and so that needed to be packed. The day after the job was done I called because there was a sink hole over the area because it has not been packed well. I was told to let it sit for six months and then they would come back and fix it. I wasnt sure that it was not a big deal and they would absolutely take care of it. It was an expensive job so this was reassuring. I called them at six months and I was told that he was in ********** because of the pandemic and I should call again a few months later when the owner was back in *************. I did that. I did not receive a response for a couple of months despite several calls and then I was told that somebody would come out and take a look and fix it. Nobody ever came. I have called every couple of months since and I have been told that somebody would come even on a specific time and day and I have waited and nobody has shown up. I have written emails I have spoken to secretaries and to the owner and I have a sinkhole in the middle of my driveway where my children play basketball that is going to cause a sprained ankle.
