******************* is a franchisee (#***) of Caring Transitions. She provides a service to help people liquidate personal property. She conducted an estate sale at my home located at *********************************************************.It was agreed that she would deduct no more than 3% for credit card charges from the proceeds of the sale. I received statement deducting $539.04 for credit card charges. When I questioned the charges and asked to see these charges she said that the $539.04 was her " total charges for all her clients that month and "it would not be possible break your " charges. Later she sent me an email stating that my sales totaled $17,968 which accounted for the $539.04 deduction. I don't think she is being truthful and came up with a number to match the charge. I think I am being over charged and am entitled to see the actual statement.

This is the first email I have received  from BBB regarding this complaint.

Our contract allowed me to deduct 3% as the processing fee for credit card sales at his estate sale.  My monthly statement for July includes all the sales I processed by credit card for the month of July. I had 7 clients. The month of July so sharing my cc processing statement would not be relevant.  Instead,  I shared with the client screen shots of the sales processed by credit card on the days of his sale that correlate with the credit card fees he agreed to reimburse us for (3% of sales by credit card)  so I don't know what else to do to satisfy him.  I charged him $539.04 which is 3% of items purchased by credit card sales $17,968.  I sent him screen shots of my cc processing service to substantiate the sales.  My monthly credit card processing statement for July will not illuminate him as it includes (of course) his sale, and all the sales for  the 7 clients I served that month.  The credit card fees for my company for the month of July are much larger than the $539.04 I charged him.   This is harassment plain and simple.
