    I bought a used vehicle from this dealership 4/30/24. They rushed me out the door and the vehicle was outside ready for me. There were 2 slashes on two tires. I asked if this was safe and the salesman said yes. I needed to pick up my children so I had to leave with slashed tires. I spoke with GM who then sent another vehicle to swap out and give me new tires. I also bought the service contract for what Im told was $4100 on 4/30 when I purchased the vehicle. I was told if I cancelled within 30 days there would be no charge and funds would be refunded to my loan. I cancelled the service contract on 5/13 which is documented below. I was told by the business department that it could take up to 6 weeks to be refunded to my loan. It has now been 13 weeks. I have called multiple times for updates. On 7/22 they said for some reason it didnt seem to be cancelled but they just cancelled it right then and there. Still no refund of money. I am paying interest on a service that was cancelled months ago. I continue to call and email and Im getting nowhere. This dealership is subpar at best. I just want my money refunded like I was told. Please help I dont know what else to do.

    Hello - 

    First and foremost, I apologize to hear about ******************** experience. I got involved with ******************** transaction shortly after delivery to address her tire concerns. At that time, I felt that I was doing right by the customer to replace two tires that she did not feel safe driving on. The tires did pass safety inspection and the minor slits did not exceed the tire wall that would deem them unsafe. However, we do pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and felt that was the right thing to do at the time. Regarding the warranty refund. We're coming up on 4 weeks from when the warranty was cancelled. Refunds do typically take 5-6 weeks to process. With that being said, I've reached out to our accounting office to have them issue a check to the ******************** lienholder (***** Fargo) prior to receiving the funds. Again, this is not something that we typically do, however in this particular instance, I'm happy to proceed down this avenue. Please allow a day or two for the bank to receive the check. The amount will be taken off the balance of the loan and should reflect on ******************** account by early next week.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    Look at the attached signed copy of the cancellation. It has been FOURTEEN weeks since it was signed. Take ownership that your dealership is well beyond the expected time period of refund. Still no cancellation refund yet. 

    Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.
