I went to All Pro dental to have 3 crowns redone. I showed the dentist what were causing me issues from the previous dental work and asked if they are able to fix the issues. The crew in reception are nice except the manager, that's why I am giving them 2 stars not 1. They use an unprofessional lab that is not able to take accurate measurements and make a proper shape crowns to avoid large gaps between teeth, the crown is below the gum line and barely makes a byte. What's even worse is as soon as he was trying to fit the crowns he was pretending to forget why I went to them and trying to cover up the mistakes of the lab. That speaks of their lack of integrity. 2 of the crowns started to cause a pain as the food is getting into the gums. I asked if we need to do a root canal on one of them, he was confident that there was no need, but when I called them multiple times about the pain and issues I was having, they got too busy to get back to me and when he finally called, tried telling me I need a root canal on the tooth he just put a new crown and he doesn't do that, tried blaming my gums for the pain. I told him I was not having pain with the temporary crowns since they were sealed nicely deep in the gums and between the teeth. Of course he denied that it's because of the poorly shaped crowns telling me that the best they can do as it's supposed to be normal to leave the patient in pain.
