Per their website, I should be able to view my account history: ************************************************ However, I am unable to search for transactions within a custom date range. It will not search further back in history than 6 months.I called customer support, spoke with *****, she said ******* Services could do the research for me and I would be charged $50. However, I don't want them to do the work for me, I want their website to work as it says it should. She just kept repeating the same thing over and over, she refused to address that their site wasn't functional.

I purchased a car on 10/3/2022 and in doing so received a loan from Rockland Federal Credit Union. On 10/7/22 I was in a car accident and car was a total loss. Working with RFCU since then has been an absolute nightmare. I would call frequently to check into whether the auto insurance paid, they did in November. I then called to see if GAP insurance paid the balance of $195 which was what I was told the balance on the account was from their representative, they had not when I checked and I told them I would check after the holidays and pay that balance if GAP hadn't paid yet. I called after the holidays and GAP still had not paid so I offered to pay the balance at that time and I would follow up with GAP. The woman on the phone said ok great, but it would be $204.19 and I was like ok fine I just want to pay it. The woman put me on hold, came back, and said oh well now it is $475 to pay it and this is a one time deal. I was shocked, and asked where almost $300 extra was coming from. The woman replied that was interest they never calculated. I mentioned my phone call prior where they stated the balance was under $200 and they were supposed to pull the phone call and call me back, they never did. I called to follow up several times after this and I requested a loan payout document with the $475, as I have GAP insurance, they never provided that to me. They did mail a statement to the house where the balance of $195 was listed. They subsequently charged off the account and reported it to the credit bureau even after I stated I would pay the balance of $204.19. I called back again to resolve this and the ** was supposed to call me back, this never happened. I was told to email in regard to paying off the balance of $195 which was what was stated, and no one ever responded to my email. I want to take care of this matter and I want my credit report to reflect accurately that the account is paid off. The lack of customer service and fraud is mind boggling.
