            I made a purchase of a pair of non prescription color contacts through Afterpay. I did not know at the time I would not get them or I would not have made the purchase. I just want a refund or delivery of the product. I have sent emails with no reply as of this date.

            I ordered a pair of small fangs from the company on July 13th for $20.90 including shipping. I dont remember how long shipping was supposed to take but they never arrived. Upon looking up the company, I see that this is a common complaint, and regret not researching them more.

            I purchased order #****** on or shortly before 4/15/22 for a total $17.65, including tax and shipping. The product that I received is not as pictured on their website nor does the written description indicate this difference. There is no logo in the images they use. The item I received has two logos on it. They either edited their photos to remove the logo or they used a different version of the product for these photos. Regardless, they are not selling the item that is pictured. I would not have purchased this if they had honestly advertised what the item actually looks like. I emailed them on 4/18 to ask how I can return the item, but they chose not to respond at all.
