Myself and all my children have either bought vehicles /or had service done , for over 10 years, we have never had any issues.. the one thing I will say that once they actually look at your vehicle , there may be more issues .. that's just how it is ! I would highly recommend Daou's Automotive, and we will continue to have this garage do our repairs !!!!Review from Wilfredo Luis L

they swapped my wheel bearing they thought i wouldnt notice i have proof of them switching my wheel bearing that didnt fit so i had to buy a new one that fits but they never put the one that didnt fit so they gave me a different wheel bearing thinking i wouldnt notice mines is brand spanking new i know what i bought even a 10 year old can tell the difference the played me i called the Southbridge cops no help he was helping the guy that stole from me i earned i want my money bck or my wheel bearing they are rude nd untrustworthy do not go here they will try to trick u or steel ur parts nd switch it to a broking one i wont stop till he the owner pay me or give my wheel bearing or we can go to court nd im so sure i will win bc wen u see the wheel bearing i have the picture is on the box so everyone will tell that i been swappedReview from Madison L

I'm not sure why people never put their GOOD experiences on this website but I have been going to this shop for years. I have never had any issues with any work I have had done here. They always do it right the first time and are ALWAYS communicative with the issues or concerns they have. Their mechanics know what they're doing hands down. I've tried other shops and I always end up right back at daous to fix what the other guys messed up. You can't find a better shop that will take care of your car, and as for people complaining about waiting its because they're ALWAYS busy especially in summer because they are the best shop in Southbridge period! When my car goes in I only wait a few days and everything gets done. Thank you Doaus for being so reliable and competent!
