On April 23, 2024, I texted the company owner, **************** via text @ ************ inquiring when he would be able to open our pool. He asked when we would like him to open the pool. We asked when people open theirs and he said mid may- we asked the cost of the opening and the repair he had discussed with us when he closed our pool. On 4/27/24 @ 4:51pm I reminded him that we had a copper ion filtration system and told him I had the manual and said it is no chemicals besides maturatic acid and chlorine and offered to send the manual. No reply. 5/6/24 I texted again to check in. No reply. 5/9/24 I messaged again and he replied saying he would be there Saturday and he forgot to hit send on his reply. Said he would come to inspect and open the pool. He came Saturday and began to open the pool. I have a broken ankle and could not go down. My mother in law saw granules being put in the pool after we had stated prior it had to be liquid and offered the manual. He said he would be back in a few days. The pool started foaming white layer. He returned Monday and we asked what was put in and he said Chlorine granules. My MIL stated it was not supposed to have granules and I sent the manual to him with explicit instructions for the copper ion filtration system. He said he had never seen white foam and thought might be algae but said not from chlorine. The repair he was going to make we discussed prior he said he did not need to do as he had glued/sealed and things were fine. He was beating in the pool shed and having a hard time with something. My MIL asked more ************** said he would be back in a few days. The pool cover was never cleaned or put up by the 3rd visit. Day later, the pool was making noise-PSI was at 60, skimmer not sucking, multiple leaks in diff areas that weren't there prior- pictures sent. Turned pump off and messaged for help. PSI at 50 when off. NO REPLY 8 texts, email, FB msg- Mutual friend msgd ********** said he wouldnt be back. Pool still unopened
