I rented an apartment through MCP and would caution anyone looking to do the same. I was often provided incorrect information, if I was given any at all. Apartment was not cleaned or repaired prior to my move in date and MCP cannot provide a timeframe in which they will rectify the situation. Would not recommend to anyone.

I've lived at ***** Court for four years now, and during that time, I've seen three different management companies come and go. I've noticed something about MCP: if you're a responsible tenant who treats the property well, gets along with your neighbors, and pays your rent on time, they're excellent to work with. I had a bit of a rough patch with my job once, and I reached out to them for help. They really went out of their way to assist me in finding support to cover my rent. I appreciate their flexibility and understanding. However, if you're not respectful to your neighbors or the property, MCP doesn't take it lightly. And personally, I'm grateful for that, and out of the three management companies I have seen at ***** Court, they are far the best.

Giving it zero stars this company is a disgrace that continues to take advantage of tenants by keeping deposits ,upping the rent whatever amount they want , talking to you however they want and gaslighting and trying to manipulate situations into thinking they are your fault I filed with the state attorney general office MCP just recently responded to second notice sent by them Attorney general office trying to send a bogus lease from the original one they gave me January 2023 that they had me electronically sign and date but yet they sent one to the attorney general office that didnt match the original one and they illegally falsified my initials and my boyfriend ran into an old neighbor that rents from them still and was told they were recently brought to court for another matter by a tenant and lost i have solid proof and evidence showing how disgusting and grimmy MCP LLC is not to mention them illegally keeping funds sent by wayfinders rental assistance program for themselves next step is court to get my 2,331 $ they owe me Im going to make it my mission that everyone the area knows just how corrupted MCP LLC Is. Oh the power of social Media and the news I will not allow any other innocent people get screwed over by MCP ! I have a child and they are taking money thats not there to begin with I passed my move out just fine I have pictures emails etc ! Not to mention the owner of MCP Clifford R is a **** ****** ***** ** *** ** ** *** ******* *** **** *** ******* **** ** ******* ! Also so Messed up that people that have resided at ***** ***** apartments ran by mcp are getting charged for for all kinds of fees Mind you many tenants have lived there many years and are getting walked all over by MCP they should be ashamed of themselves! They should also be investigated for fraud I cant wait like I stated to make it my mission to let as many people know about them!
