    I have had a PCA working for me for 5 weeks and has yet to be paid. they tell me there is an issue, we fix the issue, they tell me that everything is all set, then call the next day call again, then there is an issue again. this company *****.

    There was an issue with the *** Direct Deposit as a hand written bank letter was submitted on 5/29/2024 but Tempus requires a typed bank letter or voided check.  We received the corrected bank letter on 6/26/2024 and the outstanding timesheets were processed on 6/26/2024.

    *** has been setup on 12/22/2023 and all timesheets have been paid except one as it has overlapping hours with another *** (11/19/2023 12/2/2023).

    The delay was due to the *** starting to work before submitting the New Hire Paperwork( NHP).  There were several issues with the I-9 which delayed the setup.

    HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!They denied my father who is on oxygen, pees in bottles, can't get up, can't dress or stand for more than 5m. They accepted my buddies father who can do everything for himself like go on trips to ******* from Massachusetts, get dressed and not disabled at all!!I've emailed and called these people 10 times and they never responded. THIS IS THE WORST ELDER SERVICE!!!STAY AWAY!!!

    This company is horrible. I do not understand how ********** awarded them the ** contract. PCAs are never paid on time. I personally have been paid a week late every pay period since October 2022. They keep saying that my consumer is not eligible according to their system and then they get the same ** from the insurance and pay late! There is something wrong with their reporting system and instead of fixing it they continue to pay the PCAs late.

    We apologize for the delay in timesheet processing. Tempus Unlimited **** is required to check eligibility via the MassHealth ****************************** Portal prior to paying each timesheet.  The consumer was not eligible at the time the timesheet was presented for payment. Tempus must research the issue with MassHealth and your payor - **************************(CCA) before the timesheet could be paid.

    Further to my respond earlier, all timesheets have been paid. However, timesheet processing delays will continue until the Payor information has been corrected in the MassHealth ****************************** Portal by the consumer.

    I sent my new hire paperwork in weeks ago and still I haven't been paid. I called today, and was told my paperwork was just received yesterday, which is not true. I started working on 5/10 and I still havent been paid.

    New Hire Paperwork (***) was done via Paperworker and signed on 5/25/2023. *** is entered in the order received. The *** was entered on 5/30/2023 with a date of hire (***) of 5/10/2023. We have received only one timesheet for pay period 4/30/2023 to 5/30/2023 but could we could not pay as they submitted hours for 5/3/2023 to 5/5/2023. We cannot pay any hours prior to the *** 5/10/2023. Consumer was contacted on 6/1/2023 and 6/2/2023 to let them know they needed to submit a new timesheet.

    They allow consumers to not pay pca's. If the consumer refuses to sign timesheet pca doesn't get paid. This is wrong on so many levels. They need to fix this it's not right. I've worked for several consumers and have not been paid because consumer refuses to sign timesheets.

    4/11/2023: PCA not visible in dropdown menu in Etimesheet Module. Links fixed 4/11/2023

    Payroll needs some help, I am far from the only one having issues getting paid , going on 6 weeks, still no pay , the delay is the result of two mistakes on behalf of the **** then waiting 12 days for the debit card to arrive after issues were resolved, seems like they are missing my first time sheet from 6 weeks ago, was told once my card was activated my money would be there , of course its 'not, with all the complaints about payroll an investigation is way overdue as to why this continues to happen

    3/24/2023 Received DD with Check but Surr is listed on Bank account (per MH we cannot accept joint accounts with Con or Surr and it is listed on DD application)

    3/27/2023 *** called inquiring about DD, does not want to change bank account will apply for DC. Document Mgmt. emailed DC app

    3/28/2023 We received Old DC Sample form ( we cannot accept).We informed new application available on website and via Paperworkr

    3/30/2023 We received Old DC app.  Called *** to let them know new new DC app

    4/5/2023 We reached out to *** and emailed New DC app.

    4/5/2023 We received completed DC app and processed.  It takes 7 10 business days for the *** to receive the DC.

    All t/s have been processed in BITS and should be on the debit card once it is received.

    Warning against his company this company lies and says they dont receive paperwork. They constantly have some reason why they cant do everything because youre missing papers or they didnt receive them even though you have confirmation from Fax, none of them are on the same page and let me tell you the lack of intelligence disgusts me, there is an a single person in there with a brain they dont pay on time they give a hard time with new hire paperwork proving your address and it takes months to get it all straightened out. My PCA has been waiting since July but theyre only going to pay him from October because thats when they supposedly receive the form , this is an awful company stay away from it and find an alternative because when this is all said and done theyre going to s**** you over and the people who work there are rude again dont go with this company youll regret it theyre terrible I wouldnt even give them one, but there is an a zero up there good luck and find somewhere else

    This company is ridiculous the wait times on hold are usually over an hour. You send your timesheet when your supposed too and sometimes they don't even pay you on time !

    This company provides a variety of services to both children and adults with disabilities. Unfortunately, however, they are the sole contracted fiscal intermediary with the **************** of ******************************* of ******** (MassHealth PCA FI Program); making them responsible for all payroll for PCA and or direct care workers working in this field. As a PCA, who has been employed a little over a month, words cannot express how exasperating it is when that anticipated biweekly paycheck has not been deposited into your bank account as scheduled. What is more frustrating is the fact that I (as well as others, I am sure) have had to fight with this company by bringing this issue to the attention of the union and or other necessary sources with the hope and intention of resolving this non-payment of wage(s) issue; even to the point of filing a grievance. Not only do I find this to be unprofessional and unethical, but I don't deem this withholding or delaying of one's paycheck to be legal either. Where this company has a mission to provide services and support to those with disabilities, I would think that they would want to pay the PCA's promptly, especially considering how short-staffed this field already is. With all due respect, with this poor and unstable payroll system the company seems to be operating on, they are bound to lose more PCA (direct care workers) than keep them. Not only is the situation unfair to the worker, but it is also unfair to the consumers who depend on the worker to supply them with a service.It is my hope that this review is viewed by all appropriate parties and that they strive to correct these issues now and improve their quality of service.
