Disgraceful pricing. August 31st 2023 I bought 100 Window decals at $5.10 per unit. August 15th 2024 I went to their website to reorder the exact same item & same Quantity. The price now is $25.87 per unit. An increase of over ******%. When raising this concern with their company, in an email they said it was 'Dynamic Pricing'. Disgraceful.Review from Linda R

I have always been so impressed with Vistaprint, from their professional, high-quality printing to their incredible customer service! Check out the photos of my gorgeous business cards that they just printed. (You can see it on ConsumerAffairs.com since I am unable to attach photos here.) I created the logo using their free, easy design process. There was an endless amount of options and easy ways to alter them. For business card designs or anything else such as invitations, they have tons of quick templates, or you can create every detail yourself precisely the way you want it. There is no extra charge for adding images, and photos are printed with exact colors and definition. Its also so cool to see all of the gifts and products to order with your design and how reasonable they are! Im personally checking out stickers to seal my baked goods, aprons, T-shirts, and more for my ******* channel. Definitely trust Vistaprint to do an awesome job, and for business cards, my pro tip is to go with the glossy card-stock.Review from Cathy P.

After creating a logo my product never got off the ground and I never used the logo. Now I repeatedly get threats texted to me that if I don't file legal documents thru Vista to discontinue use of the logo I will be sued. I can't seem to make the harassing texts stop. Website building is a scam. Price increased at least 3xs originally $18 a month is now $29 as well as ANOTHER monthly charge from WIX which from my understanding from the representative I spoke with is another $29. Vista Print first transferred these websites to Hover then to WIX in an extremely confusing manner and as a result has jeopardized my business. Now my domain name is no longer mine and I will have to find a different company to work withy as this feels extremely unethical. On another note from the beginning I had difficulties with my Vista Print website--including the fact that they wouldn't let me upload enough photos to my site and I have their emails to back up that this was their error!!!Review from Larry H

Wish I could rate them a '0' stars. Ordered products, quite a few for my store. Someone told me I should try Vistaprint. After doing all kinds of work and designing. on multiple products and styles. One product would not go through on the stitch work. So instead of taking that one off, they cancelled the complete or. Then stated it was financial transaction issues with our bank. I contacted my bank and they said no attempt by vistaprint was made to take money from the business account. It's not wonder I have seen so many bad reviews on here. I guess I should of checked here first.Review from richard M

After waiting several weeks and sitting on the phone with them for over five hours, they gave me a fake tracking number for a made up shipping company. They flat out just took my money and ran.Review from Chase C

I ordered a few business-related items on my personal account by accident, and asked them within 24 hours to cancel the items and administer a refund.They happily obliged, but unbeknownst to me, they only sent a 50% refund for the entire cancelled order.Two fulls months went by when I got a ping from my CC that I had a balance 60 days overdue and was accruing interest.I contacted VP support, and they refunded the full amount. I also requested they cover the gained interest charges, but they said this was a user/customer error.Stating, "Cancelled orders aren't refunded unless the user reaches out to the team directly," and, "Cancelled items are automatically issued as a credit."However, I was speaking directly with customer support when the items were cancelled and the full amount was supposedly refunded. Zero "credit" showed in my account, so I wrongly assumed the refund event was successful.Therefore, VP will allow you to cancel your order and keep your money until you realize there's an discrepancy on your statement and zero platform credit in your account.Shady business.Review from Joe N

Had Vistaprint print two black XXL polos with my logo on the left breast. They came to me and a logo was all crunched up and cannot be worn. Spent over $65 on these polos and they will not give me a refund for the crappy products they sent me.
