Horrible company everyone in there is very rude and they have a lady that answers the phone who is rude also. Lady books appointment and when you get there they say no appointment. They also all smoke around the company illegal drug along with races remarks.Review from Wardis V

Snare **** trespassed onto private property to repossess my vehicle. I contacted the business, but was told that without evidence, they could do nothing. I requested that he inquire with the tow truck driver to see if perhaps they were unsure of the laws and that he should not have trespassed into private property to repossess a vehicle, which the owner reluctantly agreed. I called again the following day and was informed by the business owner that his driver had informed him that my vehicle was parked on the public street when he repossessed the vehicle and that there was nothing they could do for me. In the first week of July, I visited the address provided by Snare to retrieve my belongings from my vehicle. However, once there, I was given a release form which had to be signed prior to me receiving my belongings. Once I signed the form, I was presented with a box full of materials and a short inventory sheet which included just a few of the items in the box. Upon returning home, I realized that I was in fact missing several items, which I could not retrieve, as Snare had informed me that they no longer had my vehicle since it had already been sent to an auction.Review from KnowYourConsumerRights D

snare tow truck with two guys followed me to police station cuz ive received NO notices from the NEW creditor that bought this BAD DEBT from the original creditor for any opportunity to make payments this time without charging 300% interest (this is why it was written off as bad debt) ZERO notices about ANY attempts to repo this car-they proceeded to block me in the parking lot at the ******** police station, and went three police officers came out and approached the tow truck, they did not roll down the window immediately because they were on their phone and the officers had to wait for one guy to get out of the truck. But in front of my house both of the guys got out of their truck and approached me quickly, funny that when three officers were present only one guy got out of the truck this time. they promised to follow me all night until I went home to take my car. i've already filed a complaint with the attorney generals office as a few laws have been violated so far so if this car is taken now it is an illegal repossession.Review from Ahsyra N

This company is the worst and I agree that it is a crooked company. I too had an encounter with *** who was extremely rude. When asked his name he refused to give it to me. He said that he was the manager. When I informed him that I was going to contact the BBB he said go right ahead they are a joke, laughed and hung up on me.Review from Rateeka M

I had no clue where my car was a call just to get a little information and right when the person came on the phone it was pure nastiness . Im a state employee and I have a lot of my work equipment in the car and my son is also asthmatic. I kept him home from school today and all his medication says no school close. My work equipment is in the car. As this man name, ***, if you can, please allow me to schedule something sooner than a week out to get a lot of important things. He told me that it is not his business that my belongings is not in my possession. And hes just gonna hang up the phone because hes not changing the rules . Which I hardly understand, but a lot of the things is is what I use in every day life. Business is business but when you intentionally try to be vindictive to a customer for whatever reason when theyre already probably stress out, its not OK.Review from susan b.

This company in my opinion is as crooked as can be. My daughter car was towed there, was gone thru by a member of the company, stole my grandchildren coins from the car. The person named ***, was rude, aragonite, and down right mean. When confronted about the money stated Nobody went thru your car it is a mess anyway . A police report was filed but was told by ************************* that they have many complaints against them already. This company in my opinion is a bunch of thieves, liars, and cons.
