Ken actually did the epoxy in our garage and although his hours werent consistent and they left a few cans of paint/mess, overall we were very pleased. The floors look superb! We hired him again to dox some concrete cracks/slabs near our pool. We paid him about a $1900 deposit back in August 2022, knowing hed come and do the work in early Spring before the pool opened. March went by, May went by. He has come twice - once to remove existing bricks (which he planned to discard and sell for profit) and then he started to drill up the areas of repair. He hasnt come back in weeks, seldomly will reply to the weekly text/voicemails we recieve and tries to say its weather related, and gave the excuse he had family in town to entertain. Meanwhile its been two months of not being able to use our pool or backyard due to safety concerns. Similar to the review below, it is now end of June and he hasnt come back to complete the job. Last July, 2021, this man took my deposit of $1600. He worked for a few hours one day and said he needed more money for commercial grade materials due to the softness of my floor. I was desperate to finally get this job done after all the delays, so I gave him the $1900 he asked for and he never came back to do the job. Made a mess and left it for me to clean. Was not there when he said he'd be there, gone for days at a time, insisted he'd get the job done, still never showed, and stopped communicating with me. I do not recommend this business to anyone. I'm out $3600 now.
