  I thoroughly believe this company is scamming people. Earlier this month I ordered one of their products online. I reached out to customer service and they are denying my refund despite not having a clearly articulated return policy that's documented.All I wanted to do was return was the unused/ undamaged product and get a refund. As you'll see in the attached document there is a lengthy exchange between me and the support rep/owner who doesn't even understand his return policy who as well as a screenshot of their current return policy. All I want is a refund.

  The customer reached out requesting for a refund simply because the gear "was not to his liking". Per our communication history with him via emails, we told him very clearly that we had refund and customers terms and conditions clearly listed on our website. We tried to explain to him that his reasoning for a refund was simply not in accordance to our terms and conditions, which we could only assume that he had read it and understood it properly before making the purchase. Please let me know what else you may need from us. Thank you!
