Pathways, and in particular their subcontractor **** Medical Supply, made hospice for my husband a nightmare. Within five hours of my husband's arrival at home, the oxygen equipment failed and over the next several weeks, the failures became an almost daily occurrence. Faulty connections, inadequate tubing, and the lack of available promised machines made it impossible to leave my husband. Each visit provided contradictory information about the machines and their proper use. When contacted, the *** of Pathways apologized "for the inconvenience"....an entirely inappropriate response when this company was responsible for providing what we had erroneously assumed would be exceptional compassionate care. Do not use this company!!

Dangerously inept. Desperately ill patients told to wait several days for treatment. Patients and family members left for hours locked in a room with no bathroom facilities. Nobody watching camera screens. Employees leaving building multiple times to use cellphones. This was the ******, ** adult facility.

Had wonderful care for my grandmother on hospice in *************. Would highly recommend. Very compassionate and caring nurses who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

I cannot say enough about the Pathways Homecare and Hospice teams. My grandmother has had them for both home care and now hospice, and the care is unlike any other! They are attentive, caring, and compassionate! They have exceeded all of my expectations! I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a VNA for themselves, or for their loved ones.

I woukd leave "0"stars if it were an option.I am a healthcare provider, and I wouldn't recommend Pathways Healthcare to tend to my poor deceased cat.My mother came home from rehab on a Saturday, was supposed to receive a call within ***** hours(legally) to set up PT, OT, Nursing and HHA services. I had to call Pathways over 60 hours after discharge home, only to find out that Pathways didn't staff intake people that weekend (though they state they take weekend referrals), and didn't start the process until 72 hours after my mother's discharge home from total knee replacement. Therapies are crucial multiple reasons post TKR, not to mention safety. We are now two weeks and 3 days home, and a HHA has yet to arrive at her doorstep. I (we) have called in multiple times, left multiple messages, until finally receiving a return call this weekend from a caring covering clinical manager who promised to convey my complaints, but yet to hear from the actual full time manager. Still, no HHA. PT and OT are good people, they will schedule, and come when they say, but this company is not caring. They not only disregard your loved one's, they don't appear to care about their staff. I'm not sure if this company is a front, but they certainly do not deliver what they promise....to the extent that your loved one may be at risk.PLEASE, do not entrust this organization with your beloved family member's care

Terrible service. My mother (76)needed a home nurse after an ER stay and they showed up once. The nurse was out of the office that was supposed to come and then randomly 3 weeks after they were supposed to be coming regularly, a nurse shows up at my moms door and tells her she has cancer. she doesn't. and that should NEVER be where she hears something like that for the first time. They are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. If you love your family, don't use Pathways Healthcare. Plain and Simple.

This company is a joke. I cancelled them out. They dont come when they are supposed to show up for 5 min have you sign something so they get their pay. I dont want them again period.

This company is a joke when it comes to supporting people to live a healthy life. It is fueled by corporate greed which makes it almost impossible to achieve full points for the discount for health coverage.
