Worst experience ever. I hired the MA based Monster Movers to move me from MA to **. Move out date was May 26, 2022 and move in date to be June 1, 2022. Unknown to me at the time, Monster is a contractor and was to hire 3 subcontractors to execute my move: 1. Truck/driver, 2. Movers to disassemble & load MA house belongings onto truck, 3. Movers to unload & reassemble belongings from truck into FL house.Payment was to be in 3 installments. Deposit, 50% day of MA move out, 50% day of FL move in. Movers were to arrive between ****am. Truck/driver showed on time and worked harder than the Movers. Movers arrived late at 11am. Movers were rude, unprofessional, argued loudly with each other, broke items, did not bring materials to protect belongings being packed (blankets, boxes, shrink wrap, Ziplock baggies to hold hardware, etc.).Monster refused to pay Truck/Driver and had subcontractor hold truck in MA for 5 days because Monster said I did not pay Monster 2nd installment. Monster informed me of this on May 31 one day before truck was to arrive in FL. 2nd installment cleared my ************* accounts on May 27. Monster called me rude and stopped returning my calls and texts on May 31, 2022. Thankfully, Monster had given me the Truck drivers cell number and I made arrangements to pay subcontractor directly. Were it not for kindness and professionalism of the Truck subcontractor, I would have never seen my belongings again. On June 6, I filed a dispute with **************** for a portion of the monies I paid to Monster Movers the portion of the services Monster Movers did not complete. **************** ruled in my favor on June 21. On June 27, I received threatening and harassing texts from Monster Movers in FL. One June 28, more texts started from Monster Movers in MA. Monster Movers are threatening to file civil & criminal "fraud" charges against me in FL. Mover beware. Monster Movers are BAD. Worst experience ever.Review from Lois F

Had a moving date and time arranged...nobody showed...texted person in charge, got a text back that another crew would be called...NOTHING AFTER THAT!Ignored my texts, hung up on my phone calls....this on a holiday weekend that my 97 year old father had to be moved...what kind of company does that? USE ANOTHER MOVER!
