    Purchased an item from ******************************************* on 11/6/23, paid at that time. After 2 weeks of not receiving the item or even any confirmation of shipping, 11/26/23 contacted seller for an update on the order who did not respond to emails or ph calls, only via text i was informed he did not actually have the item and would maybe have to refund. I requested either the item or a refund. Starting 12/13/23 I have contacted the seller multiple times via email, ph call, and text, and have not received any item, the refund requested or any communication.Considering the other similar complaint of this business on the BBB, as well as negative reviews on other retail and social media websites, I perceive this business as fraudulent.

    The first time I was in contact with ****** at 247 Drums was on 10/21/2021 and I told him I wanted to order a ****** WK748000 (Rubber Pad Assembly for KP125). He said to pay for the product via PayPal on 10/25/2021, which I did on 10/25/2021. After emailing him again on 12/22/2021 and asking him when I would receive the drum pad, he said that there was a delay at ******. I again emailed he on 1/25/2022 and asked him what's going on and he said he will take care of it as soon as possible. On 2/4/2022 I emailed him again and asked him if he had talked to ****** and when could I get the drum pad. He responded and said it should be there in a week or so. I did not receive it. On 3/1/2022 I emailed him again and said I had been waiting for the drum pad for 4 months and said I wanted to cancel the item and get a refund. He agreed to refund me. On 3/5/2022 I emailed him again and told him I hadn't received the refund yet. I emailed him once again on 3/10/2022 and asked him if he refunded the money and told him I hadn't received the refund yet and asked him to please refund the money. He did not respond. On 4/25/25 I once again emailed him and asked him, you didn't refund, yet? I told him I will file a claim to BBB. I still haven't received a respond nor a refund. I paid with my PayPal email address for the drum pad. I live in NY. The transaction id is in of the uploaded supporting documents.
