    Company came to home with NO SOLICITING sign in clear view. Offered a monthly service to rid bugs of the internal and external of the home with a few exclusions. The bug problem got worse. We called to cancel and they were rude and told us we were in a contract and had to pay for nine visits. I explained that there had been no help thus far and to cancel any future visits. As there was laughter in the background I was being told there was nothing they could do and I was all but stuck. I expect a full refund and immediate cancellation of service or lack there of

    Do not use. Their business model is a scam. I had a sales *** ring at my door, he gave me a long sales speech in which he promised that for a quarterly fee of about $170 they will take care of all pests on my yard and around the house including spiders, mice (which I don't have), ants, grabs grass... you name it. I agreed to try them on a trial basis and he specifically said that there is no issue to cancel any time as long as I pay for the last spraying. I said why not, and let them spray. At the second treatment appliance I spoke with the technician and understood what they do. I still paid for the treatment and called to cancel. It turns out, that they originally made me initial on an ipad an acknowledgement that I couldn't read anyway - the fine print was too small, the sun made the screen unreadable, I had no glasses with me so I had to really count on what the sales *** said - that I enter a 2 years contract with them and that there is a cancellation fee of $150. I told them they cannot charge my credit card and that I would not pay any cancellation fee since this is not what I agreed with and expected this to be a trial only.After that, for a few months they tried to call and text me to pay the $150 I never agreed to pay. I ignored them since anyway there is no easy way to talk to their customer service reps.After a while they gave my name to a collection agency. Collection that I will fight because what they done to me was lie, abuse my trust and try to extort me for a service that they did not ********** it turns out this is a well oiled scam. They send a fast talker as sales person to promise you something they have no intention to deliver, they rush you into accepting terms of use that you can't possibly read and are different that what the sales *** tells you and then, even after you pay what you think you agreed, they will still try to extort more money from you.

    A ***************** named ***** rang my bell and I fell for his pitch that he had extra product after working on a neighbor's house. He gave me a great rate. Suddenly, he didn't have time to work that day. Saturday was the second time they came. They used enough products to poison the ants but not enough to kill them. Yes, there are hundreds of ants crawling on my couches, rugs, dog, daughter, walls, ceilings, and doorways. I spent hours cleaning and it's like I didn't clean at all. More come to replace the hundreds I killed. My walls are streaked with ant mush, my stair runner is only a few years old and it now needs to be professionally cleaned as do the other carpets. My dog has to go to the groomer. I have spent my day trying to control these pests. I had to cancel dinner plans at our home. I bought food and spent time cleaning on Friday. I now need to hire cleaners for a deep cleaning. I've gone through rolls of paper towels. I think a fair resolution is a full refund and for the business to pay for the cost to deep cleaning the house. What about my time?

    25May2024 - treated my house for pests (insects)28May/29May/31May2024 - contacted **** via text (field agent) to inform them issue still persists. He claimed the office would contact me to schedule a "touch up" re treatment, but no definite response as of 03Jun2024. 03Jun2024 - emailed and also called customer service to complain. I spoke with ********* and asked to cancel the contract as I had lost all faith in their services in light of persistent issue (bugs all over and biting us at home despite their treatment and using bug sprays in the interim). There is no guarantee that they product will work.She informed me that it would cost an additional $150 to cancel which is unacceptable.
