Purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Prior to taking delivery I listed several items that needed to be fixed. They assured me that they would take care if them but they had already sold my trade-in so I agreed to take my vehicle and return at a later date to have it repaired. At first they communicated we me but have since ceased all communication. I have documented emails, phone calls and texts messages to back up my claim. The items that are in need of repair are: Heat-an essential item in *********** every winter and a rudimentary option for any car. The heat blows cold temperatures all the time (documented with video and a temperature guage). The salesman was aware of this at time of purchase and stated "if it's the heater core that's our problem not yours". Heater core in a 2014 Jeep Wrangler is around $2000 to properly replace.Heated seats: These were listed as an option on the advertisement so the assumption was that they worked. They don't. Again said they would take care of this and to their credit at least there was an attempt. They had me drop the vehicle off at a shop 15 miles from my home. Got a call from the shop the next day stating they didn't have all the parts to complete the job. E&C told them to not do anything until all parts were in. Picked up my car and that was the last I've heard on that matter. The vehicle has been dropped off at least 6 times at various shops. This has caused great inconvenience and expensefor myself and my family. One time they had the vehicle for a week. I had to rent a car and they reimbursed me (have documentation) but not for the full amount. Lost $50 on that one. Bought this car in February and 6 months later I'm still messaging for repairs with no response. I just want what I believe is reasonable and rightly mine and these problems resolved so I can move on. Thank you.

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  Initially the salesman was responsive but I assume the owner told him to stop as they didn't was to pay the fairly sizeable sum to get my car fixed

9-24-2022 I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara for E and C Auto salesman *******************************. When I went for the initial test drive/ inspection the vehicle was in the upper lot behind another vehicle which had to be moved in order for me to look at it. I inspected it and noticed water on the driver and passenger floors and the carpet was wet. I noticed that the carpet was cut and looked like it has been moved and the issue was known at the time but not conveyed to me. I asked why the carpet was wet and was told the vehicle was detailed. Over the coarse of a few days it rain heavily and I notice water on the driver and passenger floors and could see where it was coming in. I did notice cracks in the door seals and compression of the seals. I contacted ****** and he stated he could help but to me the inconvenience was too much. I have an 1 1/2 each way and my weekends are busy. I told him he was being deceptive and he took it personally. I asked was the vehicle stored outside and he did not respond, but as I stated before it was because it was in the upper lot. I asked about it being detailed and said were the windows left down. He also stated that all Jeeps leaks which is not true. I owned a 2011 Wrangler for six years and had no issues. Also the rear tailgate lock failed and I could not keep the door shut thus creating a potential hazard to myself and others. I replaced that at an cost of $298.53. I also replaced the passenger side door seal, the driver side is on backorder, at a cost of $74.89, I did make him aware of this but did not want to address this. I ask that he refunds me the cost I have incurred in the amount of $371.42. This is reasonable considering the inconvenience he has caused me and his deceptiveness and unwillingness to accept the facts. I

I purchased a 2013 *** X5 from this dealership last week and traded in my 2008 Audi A6 for $2,500 along with a $5,000 cash down payment. I transferred my insurance from the Audi to the *** and finalized the deal then I picked it up on Saturday 10/8/22 at which point I was told I would have to wait a couple of days for the registration which was understandable as it was a weekend and the following Monday was a holiday. I reached back out to the dealership on Wednesday 10/8/22 to check on the status of the registration so I could get my vehicle inspected at which point in time I was advised that the dealership was waiting on the payout from the financial institution before releasing my registration which is illegal and not my problem. This is solely between the dealership and the financial institution. My loan was approved, I'm in the new vehicle and driving around with no inspection sticker and as of tomorrow I will be in jeopardy of receiving a moving traffic violation which will incur legal repercussions for me as well as issues with my insurance premium and possible court time to fight any citations I receive.I understand they are waiting for a payout but that is not my problem. That is between them and the financial institution. I have reached out a few more times since Wednesday and they have stopped responding to **** need my registration so I can avoid breaking the law by driving a vehicle with no inspection sticker.
