  Back in September of 2022 I reported work done on my driveway by US Pavement for sealing the driveway was of poor quality. I was told by ******************* a superintendent would contact me and look at the work. I had sent pictures. Similar poor-quality work had been done at 2 of my neighbors as well and they had repeat work/repairs done to fix at no additional cost. However, US Pavement never sent the superintendent and then never replied to my phone calls or emails. I sent a letter to the President on 12/10/22 that was also completely ignored. I had been a long-time repeat customer of ** ********************** and was shocked by the horrible quality job this last time and arrogant disregard for quality or to follow up on workmanship warranty work. Also, I was stunned by the general absolute lack of respect to a longtime customer by lying to and then ignoring repeated attempts by me to communicate about the follow up work US Pavement said they would look into and never did. I would like repair work done to the workmanship level US Pavement had originally proposed or a complete refund of $429.00.
