  Visited this Precision Tune Auto Care location twice for promised repairs from my dealership, and both times the problem was not fixed. The shop refuses to provide any paperwork or evidence that they have done any repairs to begin with.

  THE FOLLOWING ISSUE IN WHICH WE ARE ACCUSED OF NOT SHOWING PROPER BUSINEESS  ETIQUETTE TOWARDS THIS INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER IS AS FOLLOWS THIS CUSTOMER HERE IS NOT OUR CUSTOMER WE HAVE NO INVOLVEMENT WITH THIS PRTICULAR PARTY/PARTIES INVOLVED HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH THEM THERE WERE PROMISED REPAIRS BY THE DEALERSHIP IN WHICH THEY PURCHASED THE VEHICLE AND IS NOT OF OUR REPSONSIBILITY TAKE CARE OF ANY REPAIRS FOR THE DEALERSHIP OR OTHER PARTY INVOLVED THAT DOES WANT TO PAY FOR Repair's all paper WORK WAS HANDED TO THE THIRD PARTY INVOLVED WHICH IS THE DEALERSHIP AND BY LAW WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBILE TO SHARE ANY INFORMATION WITH THE SECOND PARTY INVOLVING ****** *****  THAT IS ALSO INVOLVED IN HAVING POOR EXPERIENCES WITH THE DEALERSHIP INVOLVED WE TOLD THE DEALERSHIP IN WHICH IS INVOLVED TO TAKE THE VEHICLE ELSE FOR A SECEOND OR EVEN THIRD OPINION AS OUR EFFORTS HAVE NOT SOLVED ANYTHING UPON REPLACING THERE CATALYTIC CONVERTER TWICE AS WELL AS THER OXYGEN SENSORS THESE ARE THE ONLY REPAIRS WE AGREED TO MAKE WITH THE PERMISIION OF THE DEALERSHIP AND AGREEMENT WAS WITH OUR CUSTOMER THE DEALERSHI[P THE OTHER PARTIES ARE NOT IN ANY WAY OUR CUSTOMER BUT A CUSTOMER OF THE DEALERSHIP WE ARE A INDEPENDENT REPAIR FACILITY AND HAVE NO AFFILIATION WITH THE DALERSHIP EXCEPT FOR DOING SOME REPAIRS FOR THERE CARS IN WHICH ARE PURCHASED FROM  AUCTION IF THE CUSTOMER HAS ANY COMMENTS QUESTION OR CONCERNS THEY ARE TO ADDRESS THOSE CONCERNS  AT THE DEALERSHIP NOT THE AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR FACILITY

  I am rejecting this response because: It does not address my complaint. The car is and was legally my property at the time of both visits. No evidence has been provided to me that work has been done to the vehicle outside of word of mouth. The shop refused and has continued to refuse to provide me with any documentation of parts being installed, as well as the issue prior to both visits still being present with my vehicle.

  Hello, I would like to provide additional clarification.

  My vehicle was dropped off at the shop by me. The work is/was being paid for by the dealership. The car was owned by me at the time of the work and still is. No third party delivery service was used to transport the vehicle at any point. The only point during this work where the car was not driven by me, is when the dealership took the car for a test drive after the work was completed on the second visit without notifying me first, at which point I picked up my car from the dealership.
