            The job was completed on 4/15/24 but we were very disappointed with the work. I understand that one of the young man’s father purchased this franchise. The following are the issues: 1. We were told we would get a receipt with the color of the sanded caulk and grout color, and we never did. 2. There were boot prints with a glue type finish on our bathroom tile and the new bathtub (unable to capture in a picture as it was clear on a white bathtub and clear on the tile but is visible) 3. Not all of the areas were colored. 4. The grout/sanded caulk seams were done very poorly and/or missing. My husband has to correct some, but I tried to capture in pictures the issues. 5. We did not realize the $40 cleaner was an option and is not something we want. Many years ago, we had this done by another company and the job was very professional. This job seems like it was done by folks with very little experience. Below are some pictures. Please provide some refund so we can have this done professionally and we do not want the optional cleaner. We can leave that outside for someone to pick up and refund. I tried to call the customer service number on the website. They said they don’t handle this, and when I escalated, the person said they were sales and actually laughed at me and told me I have to contact the franchise, so I am not sure why their number is posted on your site. Since that was the only phone number, I emailed with no response. We do not want the folks back in our home. Please address the concerns.
