  ********** ********** *********** ***** *** ***** * ****** ******* sent my account to The Law Offices of Gregory Alexandrides, LLC for not paying my recreational fees. However, I sent checks to the lockbox using their envelops on 4/9/23, 7/8/23, and to the home office on 10/19/23, none of the checks have been cashed. I was told by ***** * ****** ******* that if two payments are missed the lockbox will not cash any of the checks. I am not aware of any written document with this information. On 1/19/24 ***** * ****** ******* sent back my October check. They refused to speak with me because my account is with The Law Offices of Gregory Alexandrides, LLC. I received a letter from this law firm dated October 25, 2023 saying I owe the fees for three quarters $420 and the law firm fees for collection for $425.21, a total of $845.21. The letter also said that they will put a lien on my property if I do not pay. I responded to their letter on 10/29/23 explaining my situation. Their response to my letter on 12/27/23 was an itemized bill. They did not address any of my concerns. I called the law office (12/27) and haven't received a call back. Today I owe $525.00, less than the bill from the law firm. I do not know what to do and I am hoping for guidance.

  This law office filed judgments against me for HOA Fees. The judgments were paid in full, but, after numerous requests by phone and email they won't notify the court that the judgments have been satisfied. Any help getting them to do their job would be appreciated.

They have explained to me why the cases have not been closed, which was through no fault of their own. They have also contacted the court. Although this complaint could have been avoided if they had just responded to my emails, I still appreciate their quick response to my complaint.
