    ******** **l** ******** Clearway Pain Solutions were paid $820 for 11/29/2022 visit and $1420 for********* visit by state farm auto I sent multiple documents by portal, fax, mail but still they won't credit my account or update the insurance information to state farm auto. I even called the billing number and they didn't fix the issue either and tell me I have to contact office then the office says call the billing number. The payments were made and I even provided check numbers. My account needs credited the amounts paid by state farm and insurance updated .

    I am rejecting this response because the business doesn't respond to repeated inquiries concerning payments they received from my  insurance and cashed , but won't credit my account.

    I've been going here for almost 2 years. I missed TWO appointments. I have proof. I have a condition that requires medication to ease symptoms so I cannot miss appointments. I had an appointment yesterday they told me I had 12 missed appointments which is complete bs. If I missed 12 appointments how are my prescriptions being sent to the pharmacy once or twice every month and sometimes twice a month. Then today they tell me it's 20 appointments and 2 procedures. I was never sent to get any procedures. I'm telling them it's a mistake, they cannot prescribe medication if I don't come in person physically. It's a serious mistake on their end and the front desk and customer service were really nasty about it
