            I've never met Austin, but it feels like I have. He kept in touch during our entire reverse mtg. experience. He was available for council and guidance throughout the loan process. He thoroughly explained each step and I was never left "out of the loop." We had a great experience SRM, due in no small part to our relationship with Austin.

            I am 80 yrs old. In my lifetime I have purchased 5 homes and dealt with many people regarding mortgages . This is my second reverse mortgage. I have never had anyone as excellent as Dan ******. He went above and beyond in every aspect of me securing this mortgage. He called to make sure I was OK after hurricaine Helene and hurricaine Milton. He called me several times after Milton because I had damage to my home. He called to wish me happy birthday when I turned 80. He called me on a daily basis keeping me updated on my mortgage. He is the best ! I would love to meet him. Perhaps as a bonus you could fly him and his girlfriend down to meet me. I hope he receives much credit for his caring and exceptional ability in dealing with your customers. He deserves the best! I have told my friends about him and they said if they ever need a reverse mortgage, it will be with Dan. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee. Many regards ******* *****
