  Carpet still dirty from carpet cleaning.

  Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/08/12) */ We have never serviced this client, nor do we have any record of her. We believe she has our company mixed up with another. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/08/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) There was no mixed-up. When I googled for a carpet cleaning service, a 5 star "Baltimore Carpet Repair" with phone # XXX-XXX-XXXX showed -up. Jon the owner called me and said that this is not their # but XXX-XXX-XXXX.He said he called and talked to the green carpet cleaning service rep., and they will call me back. No one call me back. Green carpet Cleaning Service, I believe, is fraudulently operating in Baltimore. The Green Carpet Cleaning Service appears to be using different company names and phone #s, but the same person Joanna is answering the call and refers to Veronica as the supervisor to call back. This Veronica plays games, harming the customer financially with their operational method. Another name they used is Steam N Clean in the invoice. Carpet Repair is just one victim. Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2022/08/19) */ BCR/BHS never serviced this consumer, nor ever had her as a client. The consumer was using BING as her search engine, not Google as she stated. We do not know if Green Carpet Cleaning's phone number showed up on our listing as a fraudulent act, or an error on Bing's part. We have since worked with Bing to correct the listing, which now shows our phone number - XXX-XXX-XXXX. As a courtesy, we did reach out to Green Carpet and ask them to contact this consumer who was unhappy with the service they performed at her property. We can not force them to do so, and BCR/BHS is not affiliated with that company in any way. We are not clear on what the consumer's desired results are. We did not perform her carpet cleaning nor do we have any affiliation with the company she is unhappy with. We would recommend using Google as her search engine going forth, as opposed to Bing as Bing is known for having errors in their listings. I said fraudulent b/c not only once, i.e., to carpet repair, but also to steam n clean professional cleaning service and same day cleaning service and etc. where phone #s of green carpet cleaning service appears, each with different #s but same person answering the phone? The person I talked to Veronica said they are answering service for different companies but would not divulge the name of the company nor the contact info they subcontracted to do the work for us. I attached relevant papers to Ms. *******
