    I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Despite the high cost per night, my experience was, unfortunately, the worst I have ever encountered in a hotel of your supposed standard. During my stay, the room temperature was an unbearable 80 degrees, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Instead of a timely and effective solution, I was provided with a box fan, which did nothing to alleviate the discomfort. This is absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, the maintenance staff was unable to fix the air conditioning issue and seemed to pretend that the problem was resolved. The quality of the service I received did not reflect the luxury and professionalism your hotel claims to offer. Additionally, I was shocked by the lack of professional attire among most of the staff. While the valet was appropriately dressed, I observed many staff members, including the manager, in street clothes. The manager was dressed in a hoodie and jeans, which is not the image one expects from someone representing a hotel of your caliber. This lack of professionalism only added to the negative impression of my stay. Given the circumstances, I find it inexcusable that I was not fully or at least partially compensated for these issues. The service I received does not meet the standards of what was advertised or what I paid for. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. A full or partial refund would be an appropriate first step to address the inconvenience and discomfort I experienced. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your timely response.

    My experience was awful. I booked a room 7 months in advance, as I arrive to check in the front desk tells me that my reservation was cancelled. They notified ******* ***, who sent me an email while I was driving to the hotel, then acted like I should have known, no one from their help desk showed any empathy, made any effort to make things right, or even attempted to assist us find another hotel. This was during a very busy day in Baltimore so at the very last minute I had to book at another hotel almost double the price. They claim that there was a flood and rooms were damaged yet failed to prove that to me; they obviously overbooked, realized they screwed up, and cut me since I had a booking through ********** - thinking that was the easiest out. I felt this hotel was very unprofessional in the way they handled things to the point where I would strongly urge people to stay anywhere but here. I have emailed them as well looking for a formal apology and surprisingly have heard nothing.
