    Interesting that Neolis W is experiencing the same issue. Mmmm. . . . . There's a pattern here, FMB. So, here is what FMB's website says: "If you’re tired of unresponsive laundry contractors, frustrated residents, and waiting too long for proposals, remember all service calls by our award-winning service department are completed within 48 hours – most are done on the same day!Don’t inconvenience residents or lose out on profits with equipment that is not working properly. Our top-rated service technicians also perform scheduled periodic preventative maintenance on your equipment." They are the brand new service provider in our building. The day old new dryer didn't dry the clothes; they were as wet coming out as they were going in. Three days later (not within 48 hours or same day as proclaimed), the service tech came, according to the email exchanges I had with their customer service. Feeling confident the machine was fixed, I used it again on 12/10. Same malfunction issue! I contacted customer service - again. They indicated the technician found the dryer to be working. (What?!? Looks like poor training to me.) By this point, I had spent $5.90 on a broken piece of machinery. However, only $2.45 was - supposedly - refunded. (Customer service showed a screenshot of this supposed refund; however, my use history on the app does not show any refund whatsoever.) Why on god's green earth would I only get a $2.45 refund when I spent $2.95 to run the dryer? Looks like theft to me. (Oddly, the machines indicate a wash or dry cycle is $2.75 but we always get charged $2.95. Another area of contention with this agency.) Anyway. Run - don't walk - to the nearest exit before considering using this company. They are inept and dishonest. (Who would send a service tech to evaluate a mechanical failure and have the tech say the machine is working?)

As per our standard procedures, our technicians are required to provide detailed completion notes and photographic evidence for each service visit they perform.     I have called them 4 times about my refund and all they say is I'll make sure they call you every month it's the same thing the dryers DON'T get hot and you end up spending 4 times what you should I live in a building with a lot of seniors and most are on social security we don't have money to give away to these big company's

    All they do is collect the money. It takes them two years to fix a problem. And every time you call they act as if they have no knowledge about the issue. We have been calling about our washers and dyers. Call to let them know that the dyer door was not closing properly. They said someone would be out. Of course nobody came out to fix it. Call again to report the same issue and another issue about how the second machine was not taken quarters. Again nobody came out to fix. Seen that a resident was using a trash can to keep the door close so they can dry their clothes which I don't think they should have not had to pay for. Called again the lady on the phone said that they already know about the problem and that someone would be out. Now all this was in April. Arround or on May 6 I did a request again but did it through the app they have. About the dry not closing and the other dryer not taking quarters. 1 hour later got a email only about the quarters and they came out and fix that in two days. Do yall think the other dryer thats sitting right next to it got fixed here we are May 23 and that dryer door still is broken. We dont want apologies we want results.

    Utilized this company because of the rental agreement that FMB Laundry has procured with my apartment complex to provide washers & dryers for monthly rentals. After renting from this company for 4 years, in late December of 2023 the machine began to malfunction. The washer begin to miss cycles resulting in stained clothes and loss of laundry products Between December thru February of 2024, there have been six services visits to repair the machine. None completely terminated the issue and as a matter of fact, the washer itself stopped working completely in the month of February of 2023 This was the final straw, I am paying rental fees for a machine that's not performing at all. There have been numerous discussions made with the company about possible resolutions but as of date none have materialized. Upon speaking with the office manager Ally, I was informed to await a call from Beau the service manager. No time limits have been offered from the call from Beau or the details of the repairs nor how long the repairs will take to be completed. In the meantime I am asked to wait, To continue to utilized the local laundermat and also expected to continue to pay the monthly rental fee for this non functioning unit. This situation is truly ridiculous and mindboggling. Please do not continue to patronize this company. They have no respect or empathy for their customers and so therefore, they FMB don't deserve our patronage nor our continued financial support.

    FMB Laundry is the best laundry vendor I've worked with. I changed to FMB a few years back and am glad I did. They are knowledgeable and responsive. The team at FMB is fantastic!
