Do not order from this company! I ordered a cushion and was given a tracking number that had no info associated with it. You can't speak to a live person on the phone nor in their chat screen. It's only a bot. I had to file a claim through my credit card company and got a refund, but they've never gotten me my cushion. They are total frauds and would give zero stars if possible.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER! THEY CLAIM TO BE AN AMERICAN COMPANY YET MY ORDER IS COMING FROM CHINA! THEY KEEP SAYING MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YET IT IS STILL SITTING IN CHINA. IT IS A SCAM! I ORDERED ON SEPTEMBER 21 AND IT IS NOW OCTOBER 14!

I ordered my product on 8/25 and we are now 10/6 and I still have not received it The funny thing is every time I try and call the recording says high call volume and does not give an opportunity to be placed on holds I email and every email comes back with a contradicting message. I lost count of how many times my product has supposedly shipped, done.

This company claims to be a proudly American company but is simply somebody in MD drop shipping cheap pillows from China that you can find on ****** for half the price. Shipping took nearly a whole month, and if you want to take advantage of the 60 day guarantee the product must be pristine and then they make you pay to ship it back on your dime. Package arrived in an overblown envelope and was packed so tightly it was like performing surgery to remove the pillow safely from the packaging without cutting it and there were parts where the package was burst open and there was dust/dirt on that portion of the pillow. I requested a refund when the shipment was delayed because I didn't realize it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive and was told it was impossible while in transit so I had to wait a month, and then the return process was so clunky and the customer service so unhelpful it took almost another whole month to process the return, and I still haven't received my refund. I ordered the exact same thing from *********** and it arrived in 2 days from UPS and I had an accurate tracking info the whole time. Once both cushions arrived, I compared and CL is made from far better materials, far more supportive and an overall better product. This company is nothing more than a very cheap and poorly run drop shipping operation claiming to be a proud American company. Their website is horrible, and their chat service is not a real chat service. If you finally get a representative to chat you still wait 10-15 minutes for responses, and often you are left to just receive an email hours later because they have no idea what you're talking about. I fell for the marketing and thought I was getting a good deal on the BOGO bundle, but it was in no way worth the shoddy packaging, subpar product, horrible service or the hoops you must jump through to return anything. Just don't. Go spend a bit extra on ************ your body and stress levels will thank you.

Ordered almost three weeks ago. No updates on order other than showing “in transit” for two weeks for a product that is supposedly coming from less than a 150 miles away.

Don’t order from them comes from China ordered 4/14 still Have not received has been through 10 different places in China. Can’t tell me when I will receive my order

I purchased an Orthocloud lumbar pillow on sale for use in my car. After 1 day of use, the pillow broke; the strap that secures it to the seat broke, and the pillow cover has a tear in it. When I asked for an exchange, they said that their policy is not to have any refunds or exchanges for on sale items. This shows that OrthoCloud does not seem to stand by their defective pillow products. I would NOT recommend this company unfortunately, so it's better to buy a better quality lumbar cushion from another source. A good quality product should not break after only 1 day of use. On their website it even says "If you're not satisfied, no worries, just ship it back within 60 days and we'll reimburse you 100% of the time, no questions asked."
