If this is same c&d installers I used. Very poor service Half *** work Would not repair there wring instalation. Never finished install but took money Would not use this company for any type work no clue how they stay in bussiness maybe it's the. Very high price they charge. Fast reply when contact but don't back up there poor work.Review from Chris B

Stay away at all cost, this company will nickel and dime you to death. They may be in the customer service field but they are not customer service oriented. The owner Cindy is not willing to work with the client at all. Her philosophy is either pay the additional cost or I will pull my crew and send them to the next job. She has employees who speak on the company’s behalf to the customer to assure them there are no additional fees one day only to find out when the installers arrive later in the week there are additional fees. I tried numerous times asking to split an $800 unforeseen fee, but she was unwillingly to budge. The poor installers now have more work to do while she puts the money in her pocket. Unfortunately Cindy knows that most people out there will pay the additional fee and move on knowing that if they don’t they will be left with an unfinished job. She runs the company like they are a monopoly and truth be told, they are. You are at their mercy so make sure you do all your homework first.

You contacted us to install a pool you had purchased by filling out our google form. This form asks specific questions and provides our pricing upfront to avoid situations like this. The $800.00 fee was to install a Trevi pool. The form clearly asked if the pool was Manufactured by Trevi. There are 3 options to select 1. Yes 2. No 3. Unsure. You selected no. There are also prompts asking you to contact the pool supplier and ask if the pool is manufactured by Trevi. Sorry you had to pay a fee that was already explained, had you simply contacted your pool supplier this could have been avoided.
